Three weeks ago, i got a phone call that one of my accounts had decided not renew, one of the major players didnt like the pitch and didnt believe in the program.
Decided i had nothing to lose, so i brought in the final invoice, and wanted to make one last pitch. THE GUNPOWDER - 314 (2drops on neck, 1 drop on wrist), IS (2 sprays on neck) and IO(two sprays on hands).
Walked in, and the receiptionsts, just stood and looked at me, didnt say much, and after what seemed to be minutes and all three smiled and almost in unison asked if they could help me.
They directed me to the office and talked with the Gm and he said that it just wasnt good timing. We kept talking and then the new GSM walked in and we talked for a few and he walked out. The GSm walked back in and we continued to talk and before i knew it, we were talked about the pricing again. Two female sales reps came in and we were all talking and the ladies said there is no reason why we should stop the contract and that it was working. Gm called in his secretary and she just kept smiling at me and got rather close and agree with everyone else that there were other things that could be cut.
The GSM walked back in and said that he would sell the owner, not to worry that he was a pretty salesman himself.
What a turn around, a quiet somber office, was a loud, laughing, joking and just crazy type of atmosphere. Keeping my kool, composure, and my eyes in their sockets, couldnt help from grinning, walked out knowing that I just saved this account.
The next day got the official word, they were back in and upped the bottom line over 3,000 on the renewal.
Do i believe, that mones, work? not just YES, BUT HELL YES!
It helps to read body language and good personality, timely smiles, flirting with the ladies, proper compliants and ability to close. But i am believing that the mones are the glue that i have been looking for. WOW, WOW.
