I used to be AFC myself but after a few workshops and pushing myself outside my comfort zone, everything turns out to be great.
After all the techniques and gambits I have used, I found that they are there just to help you in the beginning when you get started. For me, the hardest part would be the opening since I used to have a massive Approach Anxiety.
If you manage to get over Approach Anxiety, everything should work out well and the more approach you do, the better you are at it, and the less approach anxiety you are getting.
I learnt all this before I know anything about pheros, but surely pheros help a lot.

Just took that test in the book and scored 177 which isn’t bad at all. I scored a lot of 10’s for my personality side but I dropped marks and got 2’s and 5’s when it came to the questions about talking to a girl in a lift, approaching at a party etc. Was a real insight.
