How do pheromones fare without adding cologne?

I’m into day 3 of trying the pheromones.

Being 49 and female, I followed the advice of a posted who said I could tolerate a little more since i was no longer in my ‘20s and 30’s’. Yesterday evening I used a small amount on my wrists, inside elbow, neck and a spritz to my hair. I went to a friend’s house (female) and she said she could tell immediately I was wearing something when I walked into the room. Me? I couldn’t smell a thing unless I held my wrist up to my nose.

I had to go run errands and when I returned 3 hours later (without applying anymore product) she said she could still smell it. (I still could not.)

Questions:

  1. I really don’t want to overdo it and am afraid now that I’m putting on too much. How do I handle the application so I’m not a walking fragrance counter?

  2. Can my body chemistry affect the intensity of the product diffused. (I do always have ‘hot’ hands meaning that just hand shakes alone get me comments about how warm my hands are.)

  3. What is ‘pink sugar oil’? Is that something that guys really like? Or is it used more to help tone down any/some/all of the pheromone products?

Ah dunno but it sounds naughty.

Sensitivity to mone scents vary greatly among individuals, but women tend to be the most sensitive. Guys are less, ah, discerning or even like it stinky. Napoleon wrote Josephine and asked her not to wash for the week prior to his arrival…

First I need to know what pheromone you where using ? Did you make her conscious of the smell or did she mention it without you letting on your were wearing mones ? Did you start with one and work up ? Remember we give suggestions on statistics but everyone is unique and your mention of a high body temp could mean you diffuse better then most. We are all different and will have different dosages.

Remember mones work in the subconscious mind. Once you make someone aware they are there they can sometimes pick up the smell of them. Its like when you sweaty and you think you stink and wonder why no one notices so you say to your best friend. “do I stink ?” and low and behold suddenly they can smell the BO.

Also What cover were you using. Did you let whatever you were wearing mone wise dry down before cover ?

Pink sugar is a perfume some of the women like here. You can get the origonal or shop at one of the many vendors who dupe the scent and get it in a oil base.

Its sweet smelling and never fails to make mens eyes roll back in there head for me but alot of women who dont care for the sweet scents dont like it. …

Notes of… Bergamot, Sicilian Orange, Raspberry, Fig Leaves, Lily of the Valley, Licorice, Strawberry, Red Fruit, Cotton Candy, Vanilla, Caramel, Musk, Wood, Powder.

Once I know a little more about how and what you used, I should be able to help.

Tisha

Tisha - As before, thank you for taking time to read and respond to my post. When you asked if I had mentioned wearing the pheromones to my friend, it was an ‘Ah-ha’ moment for me. It makes so much sense how often we don’t realize someone is wearing a fragrance or sending out a scent until it is brought to our attention.

And you’re right, I think that’s what I had done. In conversation with her, I brought up I was trying a new scent to get this guy’s attention (although I don’t remember if I initially used the word pheromones, but I may have.) It was then that she commented that she noticed it as soon as I walked in the room. When I asked if it was that strong, she said it may have been more noticeable coming into the small room we were in but she said she was definitely aware of it when I walked in.

As to what I was wearing, I’m not 100% sure which one it was, but I’m pretty sure it was either Instant Openness or Instant Honesty - I think the I/O. Not being able to remember what I had on 2 days ago let’s me know I need to either journal or chart what I’m wearing, the reactions, and my observations.

You asked what ‘cover’ I was wearing. I’m still so new to the terminology, but it you’re asking what fragrance or perfume I was wearing, I wasnt’ wearing any at all. That’s part of what I’m trying to learn and figure out. Do I need to be wearing a fragrance on top of the pheromones or does it make a difference if I don’t?

About the Pink Sugar fragrance, you said, “Pink sugar is a perfume some of the women like here. You can get the origonal or shop at one of the many vendors who dupe the scent and get it in a oil base.” (I feel so ignorant!) What’s the difference? Is the original a spray? A roll-on? What’s the difference with in being in an ‘oil-base’.

I appreciate your candor, your help and your willingness to share. For you to take your time to read and respond means a lot and I do take what you say to heart. Thanks again!

The original pink sugar has an alcohol base and is quite expensive. Plus, the alcohol will get diffused faster.

A dupe pink sugar oil, is less expensiver, and it diffuses slowly, thus lasting much longer.
I prefer the oil base since it lasts much longer than the alcohol version, and most dupes are right on too.

Hope it helps

What dupe are you using?

I have a few samples of the original and it is good, but am interested in getting an oil.

As been said, some people are more aware of scents that others and can detect almost any scent or fragrance, other people may not notice at all. And even then what stands out for someone may not be noticed on another day, even if it’s the same person and the same scent. I’ve been experimenting with a big pile of various colognes I’ve aquired over the years and keep finding rather inconsistant results even amongst the people I encounter regularly.

Some pheromones already have a built-in cover, and that scent may be enough. Other times you may find it more to your likeing to add a cover scent. There is a possiblility that the multiple scents can blend or clash so it may take some experiementation.

If you don’t normally wear a fragrance that alone could be the “difference” some people are picking up.

Well we got to the bottom of that LOL . Yes I cover IO cause to me it smells like dirty feet LOL
