My family knows I use them and I actually got my sister hooked on them. My mom shows interest, but never got to buying much. My dad thinks it doesn’t work and my little sisters know its off limits to them (well depending on what it is). Other then that, i am very secretive about them. I always keep a good hiding place for all my perfumes (other then the normal ones) and apply them when my friends walk off or when I can get to a bathroom. I have a hard time making up new excuses for smelling so good 
(“mmmm… what are you wearing!?” “Uhhhh… a shirt…”). My reason for doing this is because at my age people are very judgemental and I dont want them saying anything rude about something I strongly believe in. I also like to have an edge over everyone else. I dont like the idea of all my friends wearing the same thing as me… I like to stand out
