The easiest way to start experimenting with pheromones is to order a few to go size bottles. Personally I am a big fan of Instant Gentleman, Instant Shine and Instant Openness. I find that I receive good results from mixing those especially from girls in our age range. 1Alpha did a good job of describe them and what they do so I wont go over what he has already covered except for IO.
I’m not sure if this happens to the rest of users, but I get some great self effects from this, I’m not “too” talkative while wearing it, I just feel like I can talk with anyone about nearly anything. I really enjoy conversation so this along with IG is one of my favorite mixes so far.

One thing I forgot to mention it is probably best to do your sweet spot testing before using the mones on the particular girl you are interested. That way you don’t OD which could cause her to have a neutral to negative reaction depending on her sensitivity to pheromones and your bodies natural pheromone production.
