Good of you to try out… Very enterprising of you! 
Use ONLY 1 spray… That would be my suggestion… MORE is NOT better… Think of a chocolate scoop of ice cream… MMmmm… good… BUT, Shove a 5 Gallon TUB of the stuff down your throat… NOT so good.
Basic over exaggeration but, with Mones it is TRUE, with your age, I would say 1 spray Max. Give it a go and test out with more in situations where you don’t care about the outcome. But, IME, 1 would be fine.
