what are the best mix for getting girls to flirt with me? I can be quiet when I first meet people but then I can be very extravert and outgoing when I know people. I am not ugly but im hardly a model, id say im on the better looking side of average (if that makes sense), I do have a fair amount of confidence, but im not obnoxious. Is there any tips that people can give me and what phero mixes are there to help with this? I can have a habit of sticking my foot in things when I talk sometimes.
pheromones won’t just attract people to you, flirting with you without doing anything.. Its been said that its 90% you and 10% pheromones. Pheros can give you that extra edge when it comes to flirting making women more loose and maybe more attracted to you but you still have to do most of the work, like going up to a woman and talking to her..
Pherowise Ishine and/or IO can be a great help especially when worn with a masculine product like AMMO or IG for some guys.
Mindset wise, the biggest thing to realize is that when you flirt with a person you MAKE THEM FEEL GOOD. Now it takes a little practice to get the fine line between flirting and teasing nailed down. I think sometimes even the guys who are really good at flirting miscue and piss people off. Understand that fire is fire, if you use it you will occasionally burn yourself. Practice often and with the intention of making someone feel good.
Ammo will get you attraction. There are lots of other cool products you can add to Ammo like, Instant Openness and Instant Shine. The price you have to pay for more attraction I’ve found, is that as attraction goes up, the more YOU have to initiate. So to answer you’re question:
The best mix for getting girls attracted to you, and increasing you’re buying temperature is Ammo. However, to get girls to flirt with you, flirt with them first yourself.
There is off course Instant Openness, which can make girls more receptive, open, happy and feeling more secure around you.
p83 which - for me - generates a LOT of sexual talk, and a LOT of touching. Sexual innuendo and touching are the premise of flirting IMO.
Instant Female Magic will make girls more comfy and snugly. VERY attractive when combined with a softened, buffered anone product like Ammo. Reduces a lot of personal space, and can have a girl flirt with you, that is if she can still function as a big warm and fuzzy ball of goo. She may be a little too weak at the knees to flirt.
In fact, you could wear pretty much any product and steer it towards flirting, but you have to initiate that flirting. Attraction products raise you’re perceived value. And the higher value you are, the less likely it will be that girls will initiate flirting, out of fear of not having enough self perceived value themselves. I recommend you buy Ammo, Instant Shine and Instant Openness. Buy them yourself as a treat for deciding to make a commitment to bettering yourself by pushing yourself out of you’re comfort zone by not being the quiet one at first and becoming the one to initiate. I had the exact same problem, so I know what it’s like and the only way to overcome it is to push through it. You’ll have lots of fun
Would Ammo and instant gentleman be overkill?
I tend to only use one of the masculine products IG, IJ, AMMO, or A314 at a time as I think it’s best to keep the integrity of those 4 vibes separate. TUTH is a little different as I think of it more as a spice to boost the other masculines.
Many other guys report great success mixing and matching.

Personally, I would agree with Renny, use either ammo or IG and I would go a stage further and suggest that you throw some shine in there as well. Have a look at Lowteks post from a couple of weeks ago, he concentrated on the socials and then, when the time was right, added some TUTH. The result was a hot night with a hot brazilian swimwear model followed by another night with her and her friend
Never, ever overlook the power of the socials. Get the comfort and closeness with the socials, then go in with the sexuals. That is the way to the bedroom, going too hot too soon is more likely to lead to being shown the way out.

Sexual? The obvious answer would be Ammo, but if someone had said that to me, I’d be disappointed. Ammo doesn’t fire with my body chemistry. God knows why.

If I was you, what would I do? I’d get a good selection of social and sexual pheros as to-gos, spray them on, walk out the door and test them. It’s the only way you are going to know what works for you.

I have noticed an increase in basic flirting wearing Ammo and IO.
typically 1-2 sprays Ammo and 2 or 3 sprays of IO.
Again you have to be approachable, Smile, say HI, wear a few sprays of Instant Shine.

I don’t think so. Ammo is basically TUTH (androstenone) buffered with socials. IG is androsterone buffered with things like TAC. So they are both strong authority/sexual pheromones buffered. You get both -none and -rone with that mix.
There was a thread in the archives that said some peopel got better results with AMMO & IG than with AMMO alone.
Tomorrow (since I loaned my IH to someone else and only have IO) I am going to try 2 sprays IG, 1 spray Ammo and 2 sprays IO and see what happens at the airport.
To get a woman to flirt with you… requires that she notice you. That she not decide that you should be ignored, avoided, shut down, etc. And that someone initiates flirting in the right way.
Dress, hygeine and attitude/body language will determine in large part whether she gives you a positive enough response to even get to flirting. You must fit her “love map” well enough or she will rule you out instantly.
Then you must make sure she is aware of your interest and you must pay close attention to her for signs of interest, because flirting usually starts on her part, with a subtle IOI that the guy will notice, and respond to, but not consciously. Most of the time, guys think they were the ones to initiate when they were not.
You have to understand what types of flirting there are, and know when to employ them - there’s flirting for social fun, flirting to express sexual interest or desire, and flirting to express romantic interest most commonly. If you can’t get dienone, P74 might be useful in it’s place, but I haven’t tried that.
You’ll notice there’s nothing sexual in this mix. If you want to steer flirting toward sexual, you can add:
15 mcg P83
7.5 mcg enone
5 mcg rone
I suggest using it as social first, and if it seems to be going somewhere, add the sexuals one at a time over time, starting with P83.
Social fun is the easiest way to go because it’s the least threatening. That opens the door for everything else. It’s also the best approach because it involves the least investment on your part. If you’re trying to play with her socially, and she’s not interested, okay. No big deal. It’s just a game. Flirting for social fun is a way to “play” with a woman and get to know her well enough to see if you both want to try for anything more, without being threatening to either party.
EDIT: It strikes me that I also use P86 in my social mix. 25 mcg usually.
