According to the users of pheros, -none can build up from using TUTH or AMMO…
And just wondering, how to destroy the chemical that have been built up on the skin?
I might be wrong, but using hydrogen peroxide destroys the left over chemicals?

You can use hydrogen peroxide, it is very effective. Some people also use witch hazel wipes, it’s a little easier on the skin.
I personally use a scrub brush in the shower. It seems that hot water and scrubbing is almost always completely sufficient for most people, definitely for me.
What is -none???
Brock, I highly suggest you read the sticky threads at the top of the Men’s Pheromone Advice forum. Start with “Basic Noob Phero Bootcamp”, it has the information you seek. Go forth into the light, my child …
Aaaahhh oooohhh. Got it.
Now my question is, and sorry if this is there because I couldn’t find it (I did look), is how long exactly does -none stick with you?
Is it 2 days, 3 days, 2 weeks.
I’m assuming putting some Ammo or TUTH on once every 3 days would be a good way to go about things? But I would love to know just how long, if even an estimate, it stays around.
Thanks!
I usually spray my pheros on my forearms, and I TRY to wash them off every night using hot water, soaps, and scrubbing. However, I think this is starting to have a negative effect on my skin. My forearms feel a lot dryer than usual, from all the hot water and scrubbing. I’m not too sure if this is a good thing, but I might look into some wipes or alcohols that are easier on the skin. ![]()

Why scrub ?![]()
1-2 times max
J, alcohol will be WORSE on your skin! Using a good cleanser and/or witchhazel and LUKEwarm rather than hot water is alot gentler for your skin…Scrubbing is also good & important to remove -none residues.
If you find yourself getting dry skin , use a good moisturiser…don’t make it worse by starting to use alcohol
Alcohol will strip your skin of its natural oils… I use ALOT of alcohol & disinfectants with scrubbing on a daily basis at work (for obvious reasons) and I have to use oils to moisturise with every am & pm…normal moisturising creams aren’t enough so if you can avoid alcohol on your skin then do…
