Now i am confused, Tisha and all the experts all same the same thing, that the phero’s only last about 6 hours some 12, so how can you get a build up and OD,what about taking a shower does soap and water not clean them up or neutralize them,i heard you should take a week off of wearing pheros to get rid of the build up. so whats the deal
I was going to post the same question just before i read this. The only thing i can think of is a small amount is still there so adding to it will gradually bring that small amount to a bigger amount each time. So do the pheros completly run out after around 6 hours or whatever it takes or is there always going to be that tiny bit still working?
None build up OD’s are very real. It took me four consecutive days of wearing aggressive none mixes but eventually I OD’d and it was bad. Much worse than just a normal OD I found.
The ONLY ones that I know of that seems to have a residual effect are those products that contain androstenone, commonly referred to as -none. Turn Up The Heat and Ammo contain a lot of -none and I believe A314 contains a very small amount so this one probably doesn’t have that issue so much. -None tends to be “sticky” and long-lasting, thus, when sprayed on clothing or hair, it “sticks” and can actually build up. Normal shampooing and soaping up in the shower should take care of it on your body and as for the clothes, any good detergent should remove it. You could also give Oxy-clean a try.

So, after 1 day of use a small residue would be left, however it would not be enough for any effects the next day. But then if i added more the next day more residue would be left after that days use increasing the effects if any.
So answer would be make sure you wash behind your ears!

Found some wipes with ‘extract of witch hazel’. That enough or do I need the pure stuff? Hydrogen Peroxide? Think some Shampoo has that in doesn’t it? 
Gosh, I’d think that would work. IDK. Hopefully someone who’s actually used witch hazel will happen to drop by and bless us with some of their wisdom!
I shower pretty vigorously every day, none build ups can still happen.
So, taking a break from -none once in a while would be a good thing, right WildFlower?
hydrogen peroxide is the ONLY thing that guarantees total -none removal from the skin as far as my experience goes.

I decided to have a rest from Pheros today anyway. Had a nice scrub last night so my skin is glowing.
lol yes for sure. It’s rare I’d used none four days in a row I just happened to be busy that week. Infact I only really use none at the weekends (apart from A314 which I’m using every day at the moment. How much none is in a drop of that stuff?)
Here’s my notes on it. I think it’s not a lot:
A314 has a small amount of Androstenone in it. Its 80% AndrosteAndrosterone with 16 other pheromones included.
River is right, there is very little anone in A314.
Correct it is the best defense against build up but sometimes its not practical.
Most mones wash right off or wear off. Anone can be sticky and build up over extended periods of time. This doesn’t happen quickly in most cases. We are talking about daily use of anone for weeks. Unless of course you dont shower then were talking days. While its something to be aware of its not something to worry about and its easily taken care of.
Not with anone in some cases. I would not use it in the hair. Hair is porous and its very hard to get it out. I would use a exfoliating soap. Caress Dove and oil of olay make them. Its good for the skin to, it helps you avoid getting that saggy old skin as you age.

what are some of the effects of OD on none? I don’t see the big deal really…
Too much -none can actually result in the opposite of what you’re trying to accomplish which is attracting women. TUTH sends out the aggressive caveman type “Me Man, You Woman” vibe. Too much and the girl will feel that you are too aggressive and will steer clear of you.
They tend to do that to me anyway! lol!
My special order of H2O2 is coming today. The Head of Science said he would send someone up with it. Heh, he asked if I was going to bleach my hair! Must say I haven’t had any OD effects, but then I am always careful. I know its covered in many threads, but its good to be reminded.
