I just moved to a town that is around 30 percent black women. My prior town had neither. The thing is, I think the black women are even better looking than the white women here. Just tons and tons of stellar black women around. I am white but I’ve never picked up black women but I am thinking it is dumb to cut myself off from 30 percent of the women here, probably 40 or 50 percent of the best ones. The college here has so many good looking black women on it…

You would do best to copy this into your own thread in the Intro Forum, with a little more info about yourself - age, style, personality, the sort of ages of women you want to influence and the sort of places you have to use pheros around them.
That way we have info to give better advice on and you earn the GC to help get started. 
But in the meantime, I’d say that Androstenone is your friend. Black and Hispanic women tend to show a leaning towards more overt Androstenone in mixes compared to White. So start looking at overt products like TUTH and IJ, feelgood products like Instant Shine and P130. Status is also a useful secondary factor to consider, so depending on ages, IG (younger) or A314 (more mature) are all in your balpark.
