I’ve tried instant shine (which I think it makes me first dizzy and then sleepy) and Instant Sexiness with a really heavy windy weather… I’ve been using more or less five sprays of IS and three of the other… I havent really feel any difference in people but me feeling sleepy after while… What would you reccomend??? Does it really makes a difference???
I’m just trying to get the right proportion for this windy and hot weather… which if you might be wondering… is Crete.

Are you trying them each separately, or together?
You should wear them each separately at first, so you can see how each one affects you. As far as the Instant Sexiness, you should really start with about 3 sprays first…if you get no reaction at that level, you can increase it.
Same with Shine. Try it by itself, and see if it still makes you sleepy. If so, you can try a couple of things. You can either try using less, or spray it where it won’t be affecting you as much. For instance, the top or back of your head…
It is rare for you to instantly see results from pheromones. You need to give them some time to produce the reactions that you desire…
