That really depends on your personality, your communication skills, and how you are generally perceived by others. Also, what kind of personality does your boss have, and how is your relationship with her at the moment?

SO, my former coworker is my boss now. We worked well together, cooparativly initiated new policys, and generally got along well. Now that she is boss, we still get along well and are friendly but I feel my input is heard but discounted, like if the same idea were hers it would be great, but… So I was reading this forum and read about A314, I,m thinking it could up the respect so it would be ok for her to run with my ideas as we did in the past. We both get saleries and profit sharing so it’s not like either one of us would get more $$. Am I on the right track with A314 and any suggestions to compliment this?? Thanks EBSS

Hi there, and thanks for the info!
For your situation with your female boss, A314 is perfect. Though, because she is used to your regular phero scent already, it can take a little while for her to get used to your new one. But she will. With new people who are not used to your phero signature, the A314 works right away, because they do not have to “unlearn” your old scent.
You might want to soften it a bit with either Instant Shine or Instant Honesty, as
A314 can sometimes render you unapproachable and even intimidating to some.
Instant Shine will give you a bit of a youthful sparkle, a positive energy that others like to be around. It is also one of my personal favorites.
Instant Honesty adds depth and intimacy to conversations, people will feel more comfortable with you and will be more likely to confide in you.
