A couple days ago I bought a regular bottle of Turn Up the Heat and with the overnight shipping, I think the total ran to $40. I recently found out that if you go $50 or more you are allowed to get free shipping for regular shipping. I did not know this until now and I realized that I could have gotten 2 extra to go bottles of other products and ran just slightly over what I actually paid. I am so mad lol. What should I do guys and ladies? Any opinions or thoughts on this matter?
You should buy more products next time of course!

Consider it a lesson learn. also you might not want the other shipping. it would take longer, possible up to 5 days.
yeah very true…to be honest 5 days is worth the wait for 2 extra bottles

I hate to say it, but plan each order carefully. I’m currently holding off ordering my “x-mas” presents until all the goodies can be gotten in one shipment.
However… SteveO seems like a very righteous host here. You sould always e-mail him with your concerns and ask his advice. Or Tisha, or even Jasmin.
If it was a bonafide newmember goof up you never know what could happen.
This place does have VIP level customer service… Trust Me..

But seriously, look at one of steve’s posts. He has a phone number in his signature you can call if there is a problem or concern with an order.
Call him within the hours he lists, and tell him about it.
I can tell you this. I’ve only been here a little over a month, but I will definately be ordering more products from Androtics. They have the customer service down to an art form. And that is RARE on the internet, believe me..

This is rare for any store of any kind. I have put in three separate orders in a short period of time, they combined the orders into one and gave me a gift certificate for the difference. That was cool they could have kept them money and still sent the orders in one box. So I think stuff like this there isn’t any store like this.
