haha, yeah, I missed that. Since you are out of shine if you wear turn up the heat I think you should definately wear 3 sprays of honesty to buffer.
Just remember that Turn up the heat, and A314 have an effect of making you a little unaprachable. The androstenol in the honesty buffers this, but the only downside to having honesty is that it is primarly Beta androstenol. Beta taps more into the deeper conversation levels and has been said to cause peope to not initiate conversations in the way Alpha androstenol would which is in instant openness. So you may not have people jumping to talk to you, however you should see results when you are speaking with people, and how people act that are involved in your presence (such as a waitress, coffee girl, banker, used car sales man)
You may actualy see people avoiding eye contact because you are displaying a very deep, dhv, masculine signiture. This type of reaction is normaly due to the A314. The androstenone in the turn up the heat can cause that as well, but its more standoffish than a dhv thing.
Be wary of andorstenone build up as well. Androstenone sticks to your skin, so it’s not recomended to use every day, and it’s a fantastic idea to take a 1-3 day break from pheromones every week to avoid build up. You could alternate days with the turn up the heat and I don’t think you would see problems.
Oh! The A314 has androstenone in it. It is not much at all but over time with daily use and reaplications (which aren’t realy need for A314) you could end up with a slowly progressive -none build up.
Androstenone can be a tricky thing to work with. Just be concious about when you wear it, how much you wear, and how much you have worn over the past few days.

Androstenone is age dependent. The younger you are the less you need! I feel it is better said, Younger girls don’t like a lot of -none. You will scare them off if they don’t already precieve you as somebody they would want sexualy. On the other side if you wear a lot you will atract older women.
Androstenone based products (turn up the heat) are not always acceptable to wear. Think of it like this. Would it be ok for you to start grinding with a girl at work? No, it’s not apropriate, but that is the pheromone signiture you would be sending out. This can aggitate people and create those negative effects. Try no to wear it in places that you wouldn’t want to display yourself in a sexal manor. (this doesn’t mean that if the coffee girl is hot and you want to flirt with her and see if can get her going not to put it on because you are in a coffee shop)
