It looks like that my husband was not very happy with my weight and I did not gain a lot, anyway I just lost 26 lbs in 2 months and I want get him crazy, I already got some stuff that will help him to be in shape for the night I am looking for, he does not know.
I want to add more spice and then after reading the posts I would like to order Lust After Me + 20X cops or EOW, I would like to use Dolce Gabbana fragance oil to cover up the smells.

I think Lam is a good product and with 20X the cops it should do the job but it will stink to high heaven and be very hard to cover so if you do get it get it with a different cover scent then the ylang ylang it comes with. I suggest chocolitini or grapefruit. Grapefruit is truely amazing I wished I had gotten this scent sooner. If you have your heart set on the Dolce Gabbana oil then get it in neroli. You can cover neroli with anything and it blends great.
EOW is something you should think about as well. You can spike your favorite scents with it and give them all a little kick which is what I do or wear it straight with cover for a special night.
I also suggest getting IH This gives a feeling of intimacy and closeness.

But, you got a good point about the smells, it needs to be discret, I can not use anything that will have strong smells, because my husband does not like. I have a 19 y/o girl and he always complaint that she uses a lot perfume. I wonder what I can have that does not have strong smells.
I think he looks me different now, but he is still holding and I want make him to release his body and be less conservative.:o

This will help for choosing the scent covers for you. Like my husband hates musky scents but loves foody scents.
Your just starting out with pheromones dont go with the 20X cops just yet. We are going for enhancement here not overwheming, the over whelm comes later LOL
Think about how sexual attraction works… It builds, anticipation is important.
This is how I do it…
I have spiked all my regular scents with just a bit of EOW. This way I can use them daily no matter where I am and just get a sexy little kick, I am building. This also gets him accustomed to the new feelings he will be getting from the products. You want to ease him into your new signature at first not clock in the head with it.
Then when the time is right we clock him LOL Use your high cop product or maybe some straight cops (eow) to push the arousal over the edge. All this time you were busy building that anticipation and arousal and then it pays off.
So my week of product use when I am not testing new stuff will look sort of like this…
I am 42 so I need more cops then the younger girls, just so you know it does make a difference because as we age we make less natural cops. Your dosage may differ depending on how much you make naturally.
So I will use Instant sexiness either in 5X cops or regular with a drop or two of straight EOW for a few days just to build his arousal. This is alot of vopd for some people. I can alternate the socials Instant Honesty Instant Openness Instant Shine according to my needs each day as well. Then when a night comes along when we dont have 100 kids hanging around I will put on 10 drops of EOW covered in Instant sexiness and maybe some Instant Honesty and go for the juggler. LOL sounds almost violent (snort) .
My point is (and this go’s for male users to) Arousal can occur suddenly but building anticipation can turn good sex into Phenomanal sex. I would rather do it a few times a week Phemomanally then everyday just good.
Also alot of married people or involved do this and I was guilty of it at first to. We tend to lean towards the sexual pheromones more cause hey we are going for more great sex right 
You will be surprised as I was what pheromones can turn your husband on. Instant Openness can make my husband horny.. I cant tell you why maybe he feels closer to me I dont know. Instant Shine can get him going if the mood is right. It makes him feel happy upbeat and less drained after working all day and it allows those other feelings that get buried under everyday stress to come forward.
Just like losing weight its a process and it can be a load of fun journeying to the end result. I was very distressed at first when I started using cops. For one I wasnt using enough, (I wanted big results) I couldnt get my husband to respond and since I am a highly sexual creature (you will find that out from reading my posts) I was pissed. Every other man responded but him. Then I learned I needed more (thanks dolly)

Thanks Tisha. You are so right. I think sometimes I am thinking more about vengeance, since is behaving as a low drive and giving excuses using my weight, I am 5.5’ and 180 lbs and I think it is not that scary, my goal is to get to 140lbs.
I do not know what it is his favorites scents, he gave once the Romance perfum, I just think he does not like strong smells, but I can use my daughter strong scents as excuse and ask him what kind scent he thinks that works better for woman, that will be easy and I go from there to find the right scent.
I will order everything today, but I have a question about using the EOW drops, when you said "I will put on 10 drops of EOW covered in Instant sexiness and maybe some Instant Honesty ", how do you put the drops? To cover EOW do you just spray the IS and IH to the top? I am not sure if I should mix the drops in a small amount of IS or IH.
I think since EOW has eye dropper, I undrestand that I add it to something, right?
EOW comes with a built in dropper so when I wear it straight I justcarefully let the drops fall out on my application points or for hard to reach places let it drop on my finger and apply.
I then wait 15 stinky minutes for dry down. This is vital to good covering. Then I spray over it my other mones I am wearing that day. Then I let those dry down. (I am usually doing my makeup or hair during this time or getting ready for bed if its time for 10 drops) then I apply my cover scent if I plan to wear one.
Now for my perfumes and other fun smellies. I have alot of 10 to 15ML atomizors and small bottles which is what I like to work with. You can get them all over the net pretty cheep or at sephoria’s I bought a few droppers at the drug store those are like a buck each. I fill the small bottle up about 3/4 of the way and then add 1 dropper full of eow to it. This is for everyday use. You can also just put about 3 or 4 drops on and cover with your perfume if you dont want to go to the trouble of mixing them.
Remember your dosage may be different then mine so start a little lower and work up. Its easier to add mone then it is to subtract them or buffer them.

PS dont add them to your other mones until you used to using those on there own. Use the drop and cover method for that. I am talking about your daily perfume scents.

I ordered EOW, Instant Sexiness, Instant Honesty and turn up the heat, I believe that I will have all until the end of this week, then I will start to try slowly.

I am planning to use on me, because I would like for him to be a bit more aggressive sexually. For what I am reading lately in some posts, turn up the heat will affect me also. I will start with just a little be.
My IS, IH and TUH arrived yesterday, Wednesday, I am still waiting for my EOW, I think it will be here until the end of this week.

I think if try the pheromones as indicated you can have a lot fun, yesterday I put 3 sprays of Intant sexiness and 2 sprays of Instant Honesty, before I went to bed. My husband was more open for conversation and very affectionate.
I need to learn more reading the forum and with the others experience, I think that when I use pheromones, I need to have a good attitude and do not expect a lot, but to be open for the results. I think that the way I feel have influence in the people’s reaction.

As I understand I can use Instant Sexiness when I go out, but in less quantity, of course depending of the place I go, I can meet several people including children.
I am applying my mones before I go the bed, I have kids and it is very difficult to put them on the bed early, even if I do, they come several times to ask something until they fall sleep.
