As a guy in the psychology field I can tell you that a lot of it is how you think. For example, I’ve met some truly ugly people & that’s based only on their attitude & personality. Things start to show through and grow in terms of “ugly” features.
And you’d be surprised how doing little things here & there improve your appearance. I’d say the best thing you can do is exercise &/or go running. That’ll up your attitude too. But do it for the sake of getting healthy, NOT to look good. You’ll fail. Also, how you treat yourself in terms of cleaning yourself & wearing the stuff you like will also improve your attitude.
Having somebody tell you something like that is not going to be easy to deal with especially from a member of the opposite sex. Yes you can do things to improve yourself appearence, clothing etc. These will make a difference to yourself, recently I have been lifting weights regularly I am not Arnold but looking back on the past few years of my life I realised at one stage I was a stone heavier than I am now. I didnt change over night I modified my eating and exercised more. The point I am making here is that statements like take NLP courses, Dave D’angelo courses all these will help to a point but deep down inside you know what you need to do to improve yourself. It is easy to say I cant get a girl because I am ugly but I bet you see guys with girls and you think what the f**k I am better looking than him. What I am saying here is that improving is easier said than done you are getiing good advice from the forum members here but YOU have to really want to change and it takes time. I am talking from hard experience here. Best of luck and go for it
I’m 22 years old, I have no girlfriend nor have I had one for a very long time. It is not about how attractive you are, it is only your confidence and how you play your charm around girls. I am considered as very attractive and masculine in my country as well as internationally. For me it is easy to attract ladies in all ages. To be attractive has major benefits, allthough it has its disadvantage such as too much attention when not wanted, high expectations, gay rumors, competing male dominace etc. In the end the confidence is the crucial point of whether you get girls or not. And therefor, never think all good looking men have confidence and get all girls. Some of my friend how get most girls to bed have looks which I would consider from low to average, and they still get the girls they want.
Most people have doubt of them self, which influence many desicions of their life. Live life with joy, instead of life in fear. I now I will have confidence soon enough to have any girls that find me interesting. With my looks, I still have personal confidence problems around girls. You need to work on your confidence too, which is what determines whether or not you will attract girls to love.
Do not put too much time into your looks, spend time on improving your confidence such as doing exercise, eating healthy, clothes, good perfume, solarium etc.
And yes, to answer your question from my point of view - Ammo has helped me to attract even more girls in addition to some girls being more talkative, friendly, sexually and giving you more flirty attention.
Even if you don’t change it, physical appearance is one of the factors that change in people’s eyes when you change their point of view on yourself or when they discover new things about you that they didn’t remark, noticed or thought possible.
Change your behavior and your appearance will follow. It’s just a question of view.
change your view (and maybe also behavior, to avoid boasting too much) and the others will follow.
Here’s the disabled guy I was talking about from the David DeAngelo Cocky Comedy DVD. These clips are from that DVD.
Again, he’s amazing to listen to, and with a solid inner game and using some of David D’s techniques, he (to put it crudely) gets chicks. Seriously, it’s all about the inner person, and Sean is living proof. I’d love to meet him one day.
I think you have problems that will take more than pheromones to solve, firstly, when you talk to girls your attitude will be the first thing they look at. If you approach thinking “Im so ugly, I hope they still like me” you have already gone into battle with a losing mentality. Even “beautiful” people with low-selfesteem, shyness and a negative mentality will get rejected by women once they reveal their true selves… Try councelling, making more friends, exercising and consider reading the Mystery Method to learn more about socialising and attracting women, then you can use pheromones to enhance your game… Women dont want a guy who “thinks” he isnt good enough for them… even if they are good enough…
That’s impressive stuff, and Sean Stephenson is obviously, definitely a charismatic, insightful person. Alot of his stuff seems to hint at Rational Emotive Therapy- not quite as “deep” or confrontational, a little “Self-help cliche” (in reality RET can be a little brutal and shocking… and isn’t quite as bubbly) but I think he’s not a therapist, he’s just trying to get people to have an epiphany that they need to change and grow. I’ll have to look it up. Like I was saying about “bitter people” in the lounge, he obviously has examined his life and figured out some of the stuff of what is important, and what can hold you back and hurt you. It goes beyond just relationships with women, if you can’t live in your own skin and be at least OK with yourself, nothing else matters.
I have been gradually comming to realize some of that stuff over a period of several years, on my own, but I lacked the charisma to convince people of that stuff- when I talked philosophy or psychology with people, they thought I was just nuts. However, because of a little work on myself, I can often “pull it off” now days. Seriously, a couple weeks ago I had an epiphany of sorts- I have alot more power than I gave myself credit for, and despite all the problems I had, they paled in comparison to what they could be. If I focus on the negative, I will gradually start to become the negative stuff, and this is who I do not want to be. It’s not simply a matter of being a Polyanna… your life is too precious to lose another day to that stuff. My take on it is a little “edgier” and “brutal”, if you will (fitting with my wolf personality, of course. Woof woof.)
