Im a 24 year old slim guy, 6’2 + not ugly as much as a bit weird looking and with low self esteem.
I have a leather company and I work as a waiter to make sure I got all the money I need to help my mother financially ( injured so she she can’t work ) and pay for all of my expenses.
I am not the worst waiter in the world but i guess I am not as charming when I am at work a bit awkward. Here in my city we get taxed on 15% of our sales ( tips ) so if I don’t make at least 15% tip on each bill I am not making that much money. I notice that I am not as charming in first impressions and at work as much as outside work which everybody loves me like crazy ( younger brother kinda love )
I get a couple of bad tips a day (2 or 3 out of 20 ) + 15%tip on the rest, I like to know which phero is best for me so that I get 15% tips and more all the time ?
A314 may help, if you are in the full-on black tie/silver service/formal environment, however if you are in a more social gaff where a quick and easy rapport with your customers is more the style, something lighter like IG might be better or even the highly social/engaging MX297.
Highly unlikley - You would be far more likely to get that from the extremely high status nature of A314 - more competition/showing them-up/being better than them IMO. A314’s status can be haughty and standoffish to some, esp on a younger guy.
IG would also be much less likley as it is steering is far lighter and more social but the superbly social and engaging nature of MX297 is excellent in lines where a bit of entertaining or “chatting-up” the customers is involved. MX297 does not contain none, which is the biggest trigger for irritation in guys.
You also mention low self-esteem. This does not mix too well with very high status or strong/overt none. The lighter/more social products are often far better here.
Now lets switch this up… what if a girl was asking the same question. I’ve read some experiences where different pheromones made guys pursue them too much but didn’t result in bigger tips sich as IS/b, but then IS/a being too standoffish. Or perhaps it comes down to the skill of the user…
Ishine tends to be the freebie mone. Its warm magnetic and makes people feel good and when they feel good they part with their money easier LOL
Edit to add, A314 is good for sales but if they are sitting at your table you pretty much know the sale has been made. The respect trust vibe is not going to inspire them to tip you bigger, in fact it may work against you because it will increase your status. Go with feel good mones.
It definitely is. Use that as a base and add in either IS and or IH to inspire good vibes and stronger bonds. Hmm IH and IS is probably best for women too then Just thinking to myself.
I can totally relate too you with the self esteem issue! I am new to this and awaiting my first order but in the meantime I have been reading tons of posts and I think that these “social” pheromones with slowly help improve my self esteem as long as I continue to put the work forth to permit self growth. It will help me better interact with the world around me and while I have them on I will be constantly looking at peoples reactions and body language then one day it might just be natural. It also seems that we have a great community here that act in a very positive manner to try and help each other out the best we can! and don’t forget to smile makes people feel good! GOOD LUCK!
Hey man, let me start by saying im totally straight. I have to tell you theres nothing wrong with the way you look. Not only that, i see that from the picture, if you develop higher self esteem/confidence you could look like a male model. Im simply speaking the truth, and i thought you should hear this : )
In a service industry like waiting I don’t think a314 holds up to well as its too dominating. Like Tisha says the sale has already been made.. Just provide good service, good mood and be friendly. A power hungry waiter isn’t preparing for negotiations, dating daddy’s girls, being a high status manager or CEO , or taking the job as owner and waiter of his own personal business etc.
In general for work a314 may be good but not this line of work. IG, IS etc is more acceptable in more modest service environments especially now with the recession.
You totally want to stay with socials in your situation. You don’t want the sex signature or the apha male signature either. IS is a definite must. It overall puts people in a better mood. better mood = better tips. Along with IS as an experiment you should mix that with some IO. See if the conversations help with service/tips. It could work against you as people might not want to shut up, but it doesn’t hurt to try.
I don’t see how EST would be necessary or if there’s even enough constant interaction to cultivate a response. I recommend just simple socials that are designed for fast action. Both Instant Gentleman and Instant Shine have been engineered to help without adding things like that.
I have no idea how long he interacts with customers for, or how long it takes for EST to take full effect. If it did take effect, it should help the mix for his purposes. If you don’t think it would, I’m sincerely interested what specific experience you’ve had that has led you in another direction.
