Rubbing too hard wouldn’t cause it to be less effective. It’s not like you could smoosh the mones out 
The first time you use any mone, you’re more likely to be hit with heavy self effects. The first time I used P114 was intense. Everything felt zoomed in, and I was hyper focusing on little details. Just about killed myself driving! lol. But the 2nd time around, it was nowhere near that intense. With A314, you experienced the self confident self effects usually felt 1st run. You could always try shine if you’re looking for positive self effects. But you really shouldn’t worry that you rubbed the mones too hard. Just means they aren’t going anywhere.
