Tried Instant Sexiness A today. 3 sprays total. The effects?
Excerpt from my journal:
My cousin stated that she smelled bacon. She kept saying it. Wherever we went. Even the bus on the way home. Then she said, “Is it you?” and smelled my head. “It IS you!!! You smell like BACON!!” I was mortified. She went on to say that it was by no means a bad smell, in fact, I smelled delicious. But like sizzling breakfast meat.
I just asked asked my mom to smell my head. She said it did not smell like bacon. She said citrus, which makes sense as it it supposed to be neroli. Thank god. But the weird thing is, my cousin has curiously strong sense of smell. Like, she has a super-smeller. It’s ridiculous.
Sooo… has anyone else ever had this sort of a response to IS/a? Or anything neroli, for that matter?
I dont get where she gets bacon. lol I just smelled my neroli IS/b and I smell citrus mosquito spray. I’m pretty fed up with the smell of all my mones right about now. Cookie, Neroli, Chocolatini…They are just so harsh. I wanna smell yummy again.
I know what you mean. I was hoping it would be less of a jarring smell. I’m even afraid of using vanilla or something to soften it up b/c it might be too strong.
I had bacon the day before, but I cooked it in my pjs and I took a shower since then. Plus, she smelled right where I sprayed it and said it was bacon!
I’m beginning to think it’s just her nose on the fritz.
Yeh I use a cover scent. I think both grapefruit and neroli blend way better than the other scents, however I think it instantly gives my fragrances a sort of harsh “cheap perfume” smell. It covers but it tweeks it just enough that it doesn’t smell as elegant to me. Chocolatetini and cookies is impossible to mix with it I think. Cookies would make a damned good candle or room freshener scent, but it’s just way too much for a full grown woman to wear as a fragrance.
It’s different from person to person. I asked 3 people what spaceland smelled like too them. One said fruit loops, one said a tree and the other said oreos.
It’s all up to that particular persons nose, I highly doubt others will smell the bacon.
Actually, I just remembered: when my cousin said my head smelled like bacon I asked her to smell my wrist too. She said my wrist didn’t smell as strongly of bacon, that it smelled like it was layered with something else.
So maybe it’s my hair?
I was wearing a hair product today, but that stuff just smells like green apples, so there’s no reason why it should smell like bacon.
Perhaps yesterday’s bacon scent was still clinging to your hair?
Hey, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, isn’t that how the old saying goes?
Wear your bacony goodness with pride, girl!
If he thinks you can cook, he’ll be more likely to stick around too.
I washed my hair this morning… So probably not.
hahaha… “Damn girl, you smell like bacon. I’ll bet you can cook. Be my delicious-smelling wife.”
Since my cousin is the only person who smells it so far, I think I’ll have to keep my bacony goodness under wraps. lol
I know with me certain smells will remind me of stuff. Maybe she was associating the smell of neroli to bacon. I know when I smell a bunsen burner thats burning it reminds me of christmas. People just laugh when I say “What smells like Christmas in here o.O?!”
