Is there any advantage/disadvantage to getting IS 4x compared to 2x and 1x versions?
Well, if you want to conserve what you’re using and you have to use multiple sprays to get the desired effects with the standard dose then that would be an advantage to having a higher strength.

I find that the advantage from x4 is that it saves you money in the long run.
regular strength: approx $40
Double strength: approx $60
Quadruple strength: approx $80
if you get 3 bottles of perfumers alcohol and dilute it to a single strength, it is like having 4 instant shines for the price of approx $107. If you buy 4 instant shines separately, you will end up paying $160.
Also, some people find that 4 sprays of instant shine is their sweet spot so a single spray for a x4 spray is sufficient for them.
Disadvantages is pretty obvious, I don’t think that you can overdose on a social(based on what i have read before) but it would be a waste if you don’t know what your sweet spot is and just spraying on more then you need.
people experience caffeine crash, but I find that to be only the first couple of times of using it because you are not used to it.

Well you can’t really OD on IS.
If you only wanted 3 sprays then you can’t really get that amount.
I have TUTH 2x but there was a mix that called for 7.5 mcg’s (3 sprays). Unless the number of sprays that you use throws off the ratios in a mix then no…Doesn’t really matter
the other advantage is you don’t smell as strong.
the scent strength is the same in all of the versions however.
4 sprays of x1
vs
1 spray of x4 means a lot less neroli.
Neroli does dry down pretty well but it wouldn’t be as strong a scent with the x4 compared to the x1 4 times.
i know this is probably a noob question but why can’t a person OD on IS ?
TAA is the main pheromone in Instant Shine. TAA is one of those pheromones that has no effect after a certain amount has been applied.
I’ve never heard of anyone OD’ing on Shine.
After how many sparys does TAA (IS 4x) has no more effect?
You’d need to do some tests observing how it affects you. That is why there is a 1x, 2x and 4x strength. For me, for the best self effects and I do get some hits from others, 2x. But, that’s me… I’ve tried IS up to 6 sprays of the 1x strength and was no different than the 1x with 4 sprays. So, for me, 5 is UNNECESSARY!
So if the best application to get hits from others is 2 sprays of single strength, you’d be wasting mones by getting a 4x strength…
