Welcome dude I’m gonna chime in a little here.
For work: A314 is gold, but it’s a little domineering if you can’t work it right. I think a newbie and especially one your age would do better with some IG. It’s based on Androsterone (same main ingredient as in A314) it communicates masculinity, but in a mature, reliable “go to guy” sorta way.
Instant Honesty seems to facilitate trust and a sense of connection. People tend to get a sense you’re trust worthy…combined with IG it’s a combo that says honest, reliable and hard working.
Instant Shine is a general mood lifter that makes people just like being around you. Seriously I would consider getting Shine in double or quadruple strength since you’ll probably find yourself adding a spray (or more at regular strength) with every mix you try.
For nonsexual relationships…to be honest bro the same mix should work fine, you may leave out the IG (or reduce it if you find yourself using multiple sprays) to make it feel less business like but even then it’s still a good combo.
For meeting and attracting girls. Shine is good, Instant Openness is also good, at least in the initial meetings…later you can switch to IH to create that sense of a growing closeness.
IG can be very attractive in it’s own right. Women your age can find the mature status vibe to appealing. It’s not as essential in pickup as it is in business, and not as essential as the IO and Shine but depending on the girl, it could be helpful.
Ammo…Ammo is a general all around sort of attractant. It works great for me but see I’m over twice your age. The reason that’s an issue is Ammo has three main ingredients. Rone, which is in IG and A314 like I said earlier and has the whole mature respect vibe going for it, Alpha Androstenol or A-Nol the main ingredient in IO which has a fun vibe to it and helps make people feel more talkative and chatty. And Androstenone. That’s the pheromone that is most closely associated with Testosterone in terms of it’s “image” and stereotypes. None signals strength, health, fitness, virility, sexual prowess and possibly aggression.
Now None levels are at their highest at about your age, and too much None can have a negative effect. Girls become uncomfortable around you, guys get hostile and confrontational, or people just avoid you. Now Ammo is buffered with the Nol and Rone to make it more balanced and easier to wear than pure None alone would be but you can still overdose on it.
I think you would do ok with maybe a single spray of Ammo as long as you buffered it with at least a single spray each of IO and Shine.
As for your game, get Rules of the Game/Style Life Challenge. It breaks down the same concepts of the Mystery Method into little daily challenges along with some inner game development. I think you could make some awesome progress following that game plan while wearing a single shot of IO and Shine alone, maybe some Ammo.
My advice for a shopping list.
IG, IO and IH in regular strength
Shine…in quad strength. (so you can get great results with one spray a day)
Ammo, regular strength and only in a travel size for now. (that way you don’t find out that it’s too much for you and you’re stuck with a full size bottle)
