Just came out of my interview for a VP position at my company. My arsenal:
2 drops A314, 2 sprays P74 (10mcg per spray), 2 sprays IH. This is the same mix I used to get my Department head job, so why mess with a good thing.
Questions were tough. Alot to do with specific document names, and policies. It was an oral Board with 5 corporate people. The A314 gave me the confidence to not be intimidated by the fact that the other 8 candidates have been here longer, and are much older than me, as well as have more experience than I do. It sort of gave me this feeling of I deserve to be here just as much as they do.
The weirdest thing I noticed was one guy who was on the Board was extremely nice to me. Normally the guy is a total douche that nobody wants to work for. (Thank god I won’t be reporting to him if I got the job). This guy is one that would rip you a new one in front of eveyrone, and pretty much treats eveyrone below him like dirt.
During the Board, he was extremely nice. There was this one istance where he asked a question, and I kind of stumbled on it not quite knowing the answer. He sort of re-phrased the question to get me to understand it a bit more in a very nice way which led me to answering the question. Think the P74 was repsonsible for that.
Overall I will find out by the end of the week if I got the job or not. I’m not holding my breath as I am the youngest guy out of the group, and these other people have way more experience than I do. I just wanted to try for a job that had a lot of competition, but I wanted to see if I could get an edge with the mones.
I will report back with the results when I find out. Regardless of the outcome I am sold on this mix for interviews as like I said earlier this mix landed me my current job that I have right now.
G’luck you have 2 things going for you that I know of. Age and mones. You are younger with less experience which means they can pay you less and mold you more and well the mones are mones.
Thanks for asking, that’s really cool of you! I’ve actually decided to put the job search on hold. I’m in grad school, and I think it might be a good idea to double-up my workload and get my MBA out of the way sooner rather than later. I think I’ll be happier in the long run that way, and I’ll be more qualified for the things I really want to do.
Okay. So this morning, I get an email from the guy leading the interview to come to his office at 10 o clock. I show up to his office, and he tells me. First off we were very impressed with your interview. Even though I was the youngest and most inexeprienced, I had a type of presence that told him that I was born to lead. (A314 anyone?) He told me if I had more experience I would have been a shoe in for the job. He also said going into the interview I was the biggest underdog of the group. After the interviews, I was one of the final 2 selections.
He ended by saying they were so impressed with me that they want to help further my career. They are going to send me to PMP (Project Management Professional) Class. Normally that is only reserved for upper management as the class, and test is quite expensive. He also said I needed 4500 hours of leading and directing projects which is not a problem as that’s what I’ve been doing as the department head.
So overall it sucks I didnt get the VP job, but I have to say the mones helped out ALOT! It gave me that extra edge on a job that was pretty much out of my league. It also got people to to notice me, and help further my career. Overall I call that a win.
The perfect status mix probably hasn’t been invented yet, but something as simple as 7.5 mcg P75 (two sprays) in solution with one spray TAC at 7.5 can be effective. You’ve got to play a bit with the ratios. Using 1 -2 sprays of the final mix is a soft sort of Alpha. I haven’t tried P75/TAA mixing but layering was great. TAA, alphanol and TAC would probably be my choices with it, but it performs so much better in mixes, and ratios are important. If you get it right, rich men treat you like a prince. They treat you as a peer.
Reports of women using P75 are far more favorable than those with None. I can give you a guess, but more expert input would be required. There’s a tremendous opportunity for more experimental female mixes. One major setback: the leakage of the small putative bottles has to be dealt with. I can’t recommend you purchase them right now at consumer price. I don’t like saying so, but I can’t ignore reality. I would suggest instead you get the 30 mL at 2.5 per spray.
P102, P75, TAC.
Mix all three equally in a TOGO by spraying and layer that with IS/A. You can also ratio 1:1:2 or 2:1:2 (102, 75, T A C). That combination should grab peoples’ attention. It is as much the novelty–that these molecules may be rare in nature–that grabs people. 75’s potency has to do with that people don’t encounter it in daily life much. The novelty stuns them. You can also OD on 102, I do believe. I think it can cause ghosting over 10 mcg or so in mixes. They used it in MX353. Treat it like P79. TAL and TAH are going to be a bit $ for you. They’ve always been a tad scarce. Better to get IS/A and steer it. If women want to buy TUTH, they should dilute it in something like TAC. You have much more precise control on the None for self and others. Makes you and men less grumpy. TAC, used properly, can easily buffer 20 mcg of None.

I’d forgotten this bookmark on IS/A vs A314B spray. You could try 314B. Now, the store says 314B is still rev. 29, so I hope the advice still holds. 314 oil changes with every revision, so old forums don’t always compare. In fact, you should try and report on it, because women would be way better off with a buffered status product than with TUTH. Lots of girls seem to want TUTH. I’m not sure they know how potent None is when females wear it. If you test and recommend 314B (current version) as an Alpha female alternative to IS/A, I’m turning to your recommendation. That’s some great advice! It sure gives me a lot to play around with. I actually already have TAL and p102. I’ll look into either 314B or p75 with TAC. Eventually I’d like to experiment with all of these. I’d never been satisfied with IS/A as a female status mix in the workplace, the sexual mones encourage not-so-professional attention. A little bit of that can work to your advantage, but not when it’s so strong.
I know that there’s a difference in layering versus mixing. Do you think the results would be very skewed if, for the sake of experimenting, I layered?
You could layer or mix, but you’ll probably need less of each in a mix. Find out what amount of TAL gets you Alpha status. 10 mcg of 102 layered should get more intensity layered. I’m still not clear if the intensifier effect of 102 only comes mixed. I think maybe so. I think that’s why not everyone sees it. However, TAF has always been rare stuff and 79 is hard to dose. P102 may indeed be an intermediate that is a focus/intensifier secondary phero for mixes. It has a better supply chain than TAF or 79. P102, 103, 130, 83 and alphanol all seem to be different shades of the same color to me. Alphanol is also a slight intensifier I think.
