I am a tad ashamed to share this one.
I had a date today, and I normally bring her to a BJJ lesson I teach, but today was a boxing lesson with an olympic athlete (female) so I brought her along.
Alicia decided she wanted to box, and I was working with my student, Ms. K. Ms. K said she would spar lightly with Alicia. I showed Alicia some basic things and put her in the ring. Well, wouldnt you know, Ms. K popped her once in the nose, through the headgear, and Alicia’s nose started gushing blood.
I had to bring Alicia to a real doctor, not my doctor ringside. So after blowing that money, she kindly told me things were not working out.
But the mones worked, on Ms. K. She asked if I was alright, apologized for hitting my friend, and asked what I was doing later. She is not my cup of tea (Younger than I, black, and a student of mine) but I was flattered.
At work I had an incident, a cut under my finger nail with cardboard. I had a co-worker held me bandage my finger up while holding my hand and telling it would be alright, I would say it was a hit, when I am not wearing mones she is distant,

I tried out P130 after my disaster sate today at a mall. I was down in the dumps about blowing a lot of day time game and decided to stroll around.
I had P130 to go and MX 297, and I wanted to keep 297, so I used P130.
Let me say this, I have articulated myself wrong with this. I am SO grateful the store sent it to me. I understand why Summer Ammo works somewhat for me and Ammo is a more miss product.
P130 is…UNREACTIVE.
In PUA, unreactive is the ideal state. You want fail a shit test you do not take. Young women love it because it detaches you from reality, making you the cool kid from school who did not care about the outcome of situations, he lived in the moment.
Why do I think this now?
Simple, I approached, instantly. If I thought I noticed something interesting on a female, I went over, said hi, and plowed through any negativity.
I also got provoked by a boyfriend of a gal I approached, and rather than being a hot head (Which I tend to do when pushed a lot) I backed off and tooled him verbally which made him furious! But I keep pushing. I lived in the moment.
I see a draw back. Women who are younger do not fully know what they want or need, they are not socialized yet. So older women find it amusing, attractive, but not sexual. This is an ideal social. The draw back is, you will live fully in the moment, without control. Some people may not be able to handle this sensation. I loved it.

I wore this last night with my girlfriend L. She is going back to school friday so I want to enjoy things as she fly’s back to Florida soon. MX297 on neck, TuTH under my shirt on chest and stomach.
Things went swimmingly. It was fun, light, and playful and when I started taking off my clothes it got hot quicker than usual.
I had a realization.
For pick up purposes, it is as important to be congruent with what you wear to your personality as to what you wish to attract.
If I go clubbing or to party, I should use MX297. If I want to meet a gal during the day, I want IG. If I want to meet a woman at a bar I want Ammo.
Why? The mones need to be congruent with the woman you wish to attract. If you want a shy girl during the day, IG or A314 works on them because it exudes the qualities she wants and is attracted to in that moment.
MX297 is ideal for girls who are party animals and like to take the lead, social queens who take what they want love it.
Ammo is sultry and builds up on a woman who may want something, but the right something.
I worked today super early so I decided to go without mones.

Mall Chinese Food
I have been craving mall chinese food, like Panda Express. Today I finally went to get some with my buddy at 3 pm. I decided to turn it into a phero test and look to attract every young gal there.

I figured this was a good mix. I met my buddy up, and soon enough I forgot about my diabolical plan to get youngins interested, I was having too much fun with my buddy. I did notice I was louder and more in the moment for being sleep deprived, thats for sure.
I soon had a lady working their come up and say hello, and walk away. She keep circling the area. I was sitting alone with my food waiting for my buddy to get his. She comes up again, and asks if I need anything. At this point I pay attention, she was about 30, African American, and interested, I was polite but not interested. Soo a woman about 40 came and sat next to me, I was in a long booth, she sat about 2 feet away, weird.
My buddy sits down and the lady comes back around and asks me if I noticed that all the girls walking by keep starring me down, I relied no. She said she just watched five or six groups check us out, and by us me, as I was sitting alone except for two seconds.
I call it a huge hit, but I was paying no attention.
I got a text about a half hour ago to go to a party with my buddy and his girlfriend. I was told I should go, because I am ‘super fun and V wants you to meet her friends’ or so my buddy told me. Also that kids from our old high school would be there and I should reveal the new man I am.
I know I want to wear mones, I do not know what.

First thing first, I noticed I was not inside my head while using P75, which was great, no self doubt. I did as I wanted.
Sadly, when I arrived, I discovered out of the ten gals, eight were taken, and the other two had yet to arrive. I still worked the room, befriended the guys (Making them all my wingmen) and I also touched everyone (Handshake, high five, or something) with everyone.
I eventually went out side to get some air and smoke a cigarette as I was not drinking. The vibe was high school, the oldest girl was 20, most 18. Not my vibe. I like 21, bar age.
When outside a girl comes out side, cute, but she had amazing ‘features’ uptop and ini back. She was a natural blonde. I did not talk to her or anything, but she came oiver and started telling her friend loudly how she wanted to get laid. A IOI was orbiting and talking loud, and the overt sexuality told me it was on. I butted into the conversation and made some jokes, and she got dragged inside by her friends.
One of the guys I befriended sat down next to me and told me she was single, and interested. He said I should go after her.I asked the age question, he said she just turned 18.
I was iffy. She was a oarty girl, but a young one Not my type. I stayed with my bud and his girl friend soon came outside and told me that was the girl she wanted me to meet, and we would make a cute couple. She went on and on, trying to get me to go in and talk to her.
I went inside, and hoped on thew counter in the kitchen. My bud and his girlfriend soon followed. The young girl came over and asked why I was not being more social. She said my buddy and I were huddled in the corner. I joked it off, and she was still interested, but I cut the conversation off and turned away.
I focused on bod language most of the night, and that is wy I got good reactions The MX297 gave off a ‘you are the man’ vibe obviously, but I was not congruent
I wish I wore P130 for the too cool for school vibe. I also, strong word but true, regrete not talking to the cute girl. She was interested, initiated, and I know I have the game to hook her in quick and odds are had a fantastic night.
I learned a key lesson tonight, pull the trigger. No matter what,
The mixed worked stellar, P83 was too low and on the back of my neck, on the front layered with the MX297 I know I would have had better results if I attempted anything.
Dissapointed in myself.

I am always positive and chipper, always work on self improvement, and set goals and came to the realization that it was useless as my end goal was in a different direction of my short term goals.
How I approach women, myself, my goals, my jobs, my career, my passion got turned up side down, because last night I did not pull the trigger, which is one of my long term goals, to have core level change to be in the moment all the time. And when in the moment to react to situations to have fun and joy.
I need new goals, as I accomplished all of my primary goals I had set for myself. They were specific, but not correct or congruent.
At least this evolution I have the knowledge to change and have a clear destination, rather than where I think I want to be.
Man, long day thinking about who I want to be as a man.

Summer Ammo
I wore three sprays of summer ammo to work, refreshed six hours into my thirteen hour day.
Good hits and results. All positive reactions. I felt cool and relaxed through most of the day, and at times I thought to myself, that in a simular situation a few days before I was not mellow, it was the P130 working inside SUMMO.
GOod product, especially for self effects when working with older ladies.
IG x2, MX297 x2 (Eventually went to 4 over the course of six hours to finish my to-go, and to test the effects of MX297 with IG) and 5 Mcg P75.
This mix reduced the hits ten-fold. I had two real winners though. Both blondes, early twenties, different locations.
The first one was a bartender, I cut infront of people pondering about what to drink, and she locked eyes with me and said, “I love a man who knows what he wants!” And she grabbed me a beer, on the house. She chatted with me a bit, and we shared some some personal stories. She invited me to come back near closing to have a drink with her and the staff.
Second hit was at a different bar, a blonde walked past me, and lingered near by, and came over and started chatting to me, touching my arm and being friendly. A hit, considering I had bad body language, was turned away from her, and not dressed to par for the location.
But, overall, I experienced very few hits. I hawked for the hits, some gals were stand-offish
I found that women who would be hit by all three individually got hit HARD with them together, so this is a very personalized mix. Even at that, not consistent enough. Will not run again.

P130 is amazing, that is for sure.
I have decided to test some P’s on their own. I shower a few times a day (Multiple gym sessions) so I can quickly go over different effects and environments.
First up was last night:
P75
I was going to the beach for some sand sprints and decided what a perfect chance to test out P75 more extensively. I knew ladies would be around, so I went with it. I do not exactly have the best body and tend to lack confidence in this type of situation.
I applied two sprays of P75 before gong out, and brought it in my gym bag, along with P74 to test after.
We arrived, and I took my shirt, shoes and socks off and began stretching. We got the usual looks of what on earth are these gyms doing, especially when I put on a 75 lb weighted vest.
Sand sprints turned into water resistance running, up to my hips so no mones were washed off.
I caught a gaggle of girls sunning and trotted over and told them to get my back with their sun screen. My back was rubbed raw from grappling and a vest rubbing against my skin, so they were curious and asked me about what my coach and I were doing.
I found myself saying the most ridiculous things, but seriously. Normally I do give silly answers to logical questions but I make it obvious I am kidding, but I responded sternly with answers such as, “Do you run here a lot?” “I get the runs but my doctor says it will clear up in a few weeks.”
Made no sense, but I was serious. Not in my head what to ever. Which is abnormal around attractive women nearly naked sunning.
I was wincing when one girl was putting sun block on my messed up back and she asked if it hurt, and I responded in a crass manor, “Only when you do.”
Again, I would normally say this sort of thing, but it came out much more fluid, no hesitation.
I told the girl who put sun block on my back to give me her number, but I did not have my phone, so I called my buddy over to get it and explained he is my secretary and takes my appointments.
P75 got no reactions from the girls for the most part. I had some attraction from it, but I attribute that more to my confidence. That is where the product shined, it got me out of my head and confident in an aggressive way. I steered a conversation to getting a phone number in less than ten minutes, which for me to do it so quickly is a rare occurence when not going up to a girl directly stating I was interested.
I started with an innocent opener, entertained the group, got one girl to put lotion on my back and touch me, and got the number without any negative objections from her friends. It was a smooth interaction. I pulled the trigger without hesitation. I think I had to work for touch and lead. With P83 I can tell it would have been easier. I also had to work on trust with the group. No very hard, but, I can tell IH would help establish that automatically.
P74
After we cleaned up in the water (Yep, we brought a bar of soap) I applied P74. I used three 10 mcg sprays.
We went to go get some sort of recovery food and found ourselves at an icecream parlor. Which, let me add, my head coach just put me through a grueling conditioning routine and bought me ice cream.
The young girl at the counter was shy but I broke the ice and we quickly went into talking about relationships. It was quick. It was a deep conversation, and I felt myself get put into the friendzone. I attempted to pump out some funny things but it ws not setting well.
She the made my cone and picked up the conversation and she asked me if I was from the area, I said no and she said it was too bad, I seem like a great guy.
That is where the interaction ended. I am confident I could have gotten her number to hang out, and steered the interaction out of the friendzone. We established a bond naturally. It was a mix of IH effects and MX297. I got the cool guy who I can open up to, but no high energy vibe to it.
I without a doubt used an excess of P74 in my opinion. 20 mcg was the area I found best before, and I think less than that with something sexual will steer this into a great trust and connection molecule.
Today was another S and C day Working on my body a lot,
Got through an hour, and my body was killing me. My stomach knotted up, which is normal when I am dehydrated and have too much pure protein in my system. I knew it would be a rough day.
P83 + P130
I was planning on running molecules solo for a while to get a better grasp on what they do, but at my mornings S and C I knew I would be doing it with two laddies, both BJJ ladies. One is smoking. She is touchy feels as it is when she works with guys, she knows she gets attention this way.
We got into a partner rotation for a Medicine ball drill, and for our first swap I went from my head coach to her, She instantly patted me on the butt and said nice hustle, which is not abnormal but she left it on my butt a moment or two longer than normal.
This is why I wore P130, I was cool with it and un-reactive. I exude calm confidence, natural confidence. Like I was cut from a different cloth, I was high status. I tink some P130 is in IG. P83 made me attainable.
Our drill was a dribble on the abs of our partner with a ten lb medicine ball, you flex when the ball hits your abs and pop them out to help return the ball to your partner. It hurts but works. I went first and she was dribbling for a while and she eventually stopped early and started rubbing my thigh.
The weirdness continued two exercises later for the kettlebell death race we do. It is called the death race because it is the most grueling workout we could think of. Normal swing, then you pop the bell up and jerk it to your chest and bring it down to the floor and explode into a clean. If you are not versed in kettlebell exercises, I will assure you it sucks.
My partner was the same gal from before, which I will now name V. All V had to do is work a stop watch, pause if I mess up and correct my form and yell at me if I slow down a lot or do not give 100%. She threw IOI’s at me and keep stopping me., I eventually just keep going without stopping.
On her turn she butchered the drill. It is a long drill, and is a challenge, but se could not get it done. So I sopwed V how to do it. I went behind her, placed her hands on the kettlebell, and she pushed hrr butt onto my nether regions, and giggled. I was not wearing a cup.
After all the sweating my stomach got messed up so I decided to call it a day. She asked me what classes I taught with Butch and hwo much a lesson would be, ect.
I would say the combination was a huge hit.
I went home after this and spend a few hours sipping pedialite on the can. I wish I had the gumption to go out and try the mix out more. It was a solid mic.

At work, with older women, no hits. Same level of compliance and positivity.
After work I refreshed four sprays, one per wrist, two on neck. Went to the bank, all the ladies stopped what they were doing and just gave me the glance over. Not too abnormal I guess.
My success was at lunch, McyD’s with my coach (Once again, my MMA head coach gets me to go to the worst possible place to eat) and the young gal at the register dropped my money and started blushing. Huge hit.
After that I went to work out asnd sweat all the goodness off.
I have not done a good TEST in a LOOONNNNNGGGG time.
I have been waiting over a week for a new order of MX297, MX390, and some Putitives to give some more spins and I have not gotten them a couple days after AD said they shipped. Bothersome when I had a line up of fun ideas!
Anyways, I could not be anti-social. I went out with my buddy after a ROUGH day. Long story short, some old coaches at my boxing gym did not want me in their club. Got into an argument with the headcoach over me, in front of me. Awkward

It still went swimmingly! Today was a large event in my city of employment and the ladies were OUT. So I Volunteered to do collections. Money idea if I say so myself.
I did some approaches. 8/10 the ladies had guys with them, one guy one girl, but I had to do it.
Best line I used to open a group was: Have you seen the post office, I seem to have lost it.
It worked on this young blonde. Way young, as I found out she was 17. Not that bad, but NOT LEGAL was the deal breaker. Being 21 and looking young sucks at times. She was into me, shy as most gals are during the day when getting approached.
She chatted it up. I teased that she looked young, were keep chatting for a good 15 minutes, withing two her pupils were dialated so I knew it was a hit. I was dirty, smelly and in work clothes. Not attractive.
My game worked well enough until I teased the age again. First that her parents needed to sign a permission slip so she could get into a car with me, and then that she is not old enough to get into the bar with me.,
Then the age came up. Face of a 17 year old, body of a woman, How confused I was!
By then I had wasted 30 minutes outside so I scurried inside.

Back at work, I had a younger carrier walk by, stop, and give me the DIHL look. She is a shy, stunning gal. Stuck up type Not my type of girl, too shy. But after the prolonged DIHL she turned to me, bit her lip, looked me over, and keep walking.
It does not help I was bumping some POP music in my headphones. I am on a Marina and the Diamonds kick, and it aint her thing. But I was singing all the words.

But she did to me. I was at the fridge getting ice, and she scurries by, then come back about 15 seconds later, helps me with the ice tray.
I say the corniest line, “Nice Ice Breaker, babe.” She giggled abnormally long, we had strong eye contact, and chatted long enough for my drunk buddy (U of M got stomped by Bama at this point) to come in the kitchen and yell, “LEAVE MY FRIENDS ALONE!” They started going at it over who she can have. Interesting, for sure.
We then chilled for a few hours then I got the IS crash. We went to eat. Packed place. Had some girls lock eyes, check me out. I am dressed like a bum, need to shave and get a haircut, wearing an ill fitting henley shirt and sagging pants. Not working at all on a weekend nigh when people are all in club attire.
The mones were working. I had my waitress uncontrollably apologize and giggle for me teasing her. I had her lock eyes with me, memorize my order, but no other persons at my table. I had her attention, that is for sure.
As we were leaving this waitress attempted to squeeze past me, by pushing her chest into me so hard I stumbled. She giggled and locked eyes. She was mid 30’s and a tad portly, so she took a bit effort to do so.

For class I would go with IG, IO and P83. It is a stellar mix for girls in the age range in class. You will get the look of, “Who IS thank chill dude?”
For parties I wold advise MX297. It makes you a fn beta-boy. The life of the party. This helps you get invited back frequently and the ladies open up to you quite easily!
Any other situations? Being 18 I did not think bars would be needed.
