I am 35 y/o woman and I have some long-term chronic health problems. Some physical, some mental. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia/Depression/Anxiety/Some OCD. I’m not expecting a cure here, but I thought, it sure couldn’t hurt to try to help my depression and anxiety through pheromones. I also have no libido whatsoever and suffer from insomnia. I am on multiple prescriptions. I’d like to address the depression and libido issues. I think my brain has a dopamine problem…I get no joy out of anything. I somehow got here because I found “Scentuelle” patches and just ordered them. Any other suggestions on how to help the dopamine in my brain, please let me know. I will start reading…
Instant shine does put some women in upbeat mood. However, I don’t know if they wouldcure any psychiatric problems. Anyways, it nevers hurts to try. To increase your libido, I suggest a bit of TUTH. Also, Instant sexiness A could help; it would help you feel sexier and that alone should help you feel more sexual. Also, I recommend IH to help you feel intimate and connected to the guy you like. That should also help push things somewaht sexually.
Some women put a tiny bit of it under their noses to increase sexual arousal. Many claim that it is effective. You can read more about it in the women’s section or wait for Sillykitty or Tisha to help you! BTW, Valkommen (welcome)
I would also be careful with some of the products.
Like CK said, most women do it. But with the problems you’re having, and I’m not medical expert, I would first consult a physician about it.
Remember that as safe as these AD products are, there are still ways to not know what these will do to you. Anything close to any mucous membranes could potentially get into your blood stream. Big no no, however, women have sprayed it directly into their noses (I highly suggest you don’t do that). Also for self effects, increasing your libido can me hormonal. Androstenone (TUTH) is polar, it won’t automatically turn you on, but it does help.
It’s also a two prong approach with anxiety and depression. These products could help you go out, socialize, laugh, and live life. I find that these are the best cures for that problem. Having these around and enhancing what you have are paramount of how people live better and longer because of the stress and joy that they bring into their lives.
CTTM/IO/IH and IS (Shine) are some of the great things that Androtics offers. I strongly believe that these can definitely help you out with those obstacles. Take it from someone who’s been there before, doing the aforementioned things can really make such a great impact on your life.
Good luck and I wish you well and keep active in the forums, there are some great people here to help you out.
Please consult with your doctor about supplements that may contain neurotransmitter precursors and support nutrients. There are numerous vitamins, minerals and amino acids that support production of various neurotransmitters including dopamine and serotonin. However if you are on antidepressants this could be potentially dangerous and might have a negative feedback loop.
Instant Shine does in fact have a reputation and a well deserved one for acting as a mood lifter. It’s actually one of my favorite products for this reason. HOWEVER, it only lasts about 2-3 hours on average and SOME users experience a crash…a bit of lethargy similar to a caffeine crash once it wears off. For most people this results in feeling either tired or moody, for somebody suffering from depression and on medication the effects are unpredictable. Again, the products MAY work but I STRONGLY urge you to consult a doctor before use and if you try them and begin to feel anything that might be related to a crash, discontinue use immediately.
I love promoting AD products as they’ve been wonderful for me but I don’t want to see anything bad happen as a result of people self diagnosing and self medicating with these products.
I hope they work for you, I just want to remind you that we’re not doctors and are not in a position to promise a cure. Please be safe.
Yes, if you are seriously depressed go see a physician. Whether you are clinically depressed or not, only doctors can decide that. Also, it is upto them to prescribe SSRI, TCA or other drugs. Good luck and enjoy ur mone adventure!
I appreciate the warnings, don’t worry I will not hold anyone responsible for suggesting certain products to me. I have nothing to lose in all honesty. Doctors would not have the first clue about this stuff, complete waste of time asking them. I know you guys/girls have to say that stuff, but I want to give it a shot at least.
Thank you for sending me that pm message and hearing what I had to say and hopefully take it into consideration just a bit.
The guys have given you some great advice and good pheromone recommendations.
First , I recommend you pop into the women section and become part of our little happy, women empowered club.
Now products like instant shine will help with your mood, instant honesty and cttm 2 will assist in creating a warmer more trusting environment for your partner and those around you.
Instant sexiness/a will make you feel more confident and give off that sexual vixen vibe. That vibe might just rub off on you and get you in the mood.
Of course, as a woman even if the men don’t do it its always good to treat yourself to some lingerie, nice clothes, pedicures, manicures. Treat yourself and love yourself cuz if you can’t do it first no one else will.
