Hi my name is Freddie Stevens. I am 23 years old and I was orginally presented to this site by a friend of mines, while we were at lunch. I am very shy and have always been so. Thats cool that your friend introduced you here over lunch.Good that you were open minded enough to check it out.Can understand being shy,i used to be very shy when i was in high school but broke out of my shell in college.Hmm,pheromones can help with conversing with girls but you still might want to read up on some books on conversation to compliment them.It also helps to be widely read so that you have more conversation topics you can use when your talking to them.The more you do it,the easier it becomes as well.
