I’m quite dubious about the whole thing, but am keen to give it a try.
I’m 23 and don’t have difficulties attracting ladies and getting their interest, but I lack the confidence to make a move. What I want is something that will help make my more confident that they’re interested in taking it to the next step.

Thanks for the advice Casanova. I think I will indeed give Instant Shine - it seems to have the best reviews and isn’t too pricey.
Just randomly stumbled into pheromones about an hour ago from seeing an online advertisement. I knew about the science of it for a while, but didn’t realise that these products were on the market. The reason that I’m sceptic is that they’re relatively cheap - I’d expect this kind of thing to have arisen from academic studies and not be so commercialised.
I’m hoping that it’ll make me with woman making the first move. I know some girls like me, but I suspect that they’re waiting for me to make the move. Perhaps with pheromones, they might give me a hint that my move will be risk-free, or maybe that it’ll make her make the first move instead. Do guys have success with this approach?
What is the single biggest noticeable change that one should expect?

No worries about being dubious. I think almost everyone who enters the forum here have at least some form of skepticism about pheromones. It’s natural, but the good thing about this forum is that it is a community-driven research forum, and if something doesn’t work right, you’d be sure to find out about it here. It’s not rigidly moderated, so you can comment on ineffectiveness, etc.
If you want something which would be good for your own self, Casanova is right, Instant Shine would be excellent as a feel-good enhancer. You can try add in Ammo to give just enough edge to woman, since Instant Shine works well towards both men and women.
You can also try Instant Openness if you want people to be more approachable towards you.
Did you read across the forum? There are stickies in the men’s section, so if you can tell us specific situations you want to work on, and tell us which products sounds interesting to you, someone will come along and help you out!

Hey kmuk Welcome! Casonove has already given you some good advice, so I won’t re-iterate. Another good all around phero is Ammo. It can help generate attraction and help you to socialize. Let’s face it, when people are happy to be around you, feel some attraction and want to talk, there’s not much that’s going to do more for building confidence.
You have found a great source for information on pheromones and I’m glad you found us, before buying some hyped product that probably wouldn’t work from somewhere else. This is a terrific community and there are a bunch of great people here who are ready and willing to help you in discovering what pheromones can do for you.

Well from my experience when using pheromones women react in various ways.I had experiences from some girl to just stare at me and other girl bringing me to her house ( this one I knew from before but she wasn’t so friendly to me ).The thing started like this.I was in the cafeteria i go often and she came along with some male friends.As soon as she greeted me and sat on the other table with her company she started looking at me and finally came to my table and sat beside me ( i was alone on the table).We started talking and she totally forgot “her boys”, who started looking at me verry enviously.Finally they went out the cafeteria and the girl barely said "bye " to them.I felt uncomfortably “steeling” her from them.we spend 4 hours on the table drinking tea and beer and talking about everithing.She kept looking at me in strange way and playing with her hair.I was like “WTF, is this for real”?Then she invited me at her place.This day I spend with her about 8 hour without planning it from before.And I knew this girl because we took classes together but wasn’t so close at all and never spend more than 10 - 20 minutes with her and some classmates after classes.That time I wore some sexual attractive pheros.From this kind of mones here at smartmones.com they have the ammo and turn up the heat.They both use the main sexually attractive pheromone Androstenone but ammo have some aditional mones in it and this makes it more social than tuth witch is like raw, animalistic sexualty( and thus not appropriate for some venues as work, school ext. it’s more for clubs, strip bars, special grils …).

Well I had some hits close to what you mentioned - the girl to initiate the contact or give you a sign that she’s attracted- but how one reacts on pheromones depends more on ones’ personality so don’t expect every girl to do so even giving you IOI.The good thing is that with the right dosages of pheromones the girl starts to respond to you right away so if you make the first step she’ll probable respond verry good to it.

Kmuk welcome my friend to the world of pheromones. You might believe it was sheer chance you found us, but I believe you found us because all along you were looking for us and we have always been looking for you.
Sounds like the New SteveO Cult of Funky-Luv-Munkey! Now I must insist everyone sends me their women, which in turn reminds me of the Blues Brothers when Belushi was in the swank restaurant and turned towards the table and said “your daughters how much? I want to buy your women.”
Anyway the point of remembering all that movie is no point at all. I just thought it was a funny movie.
What I want you to know though is I think you are seeking the impossible. Sure there are pheromones out there to help garner trust, build rapport, even enhance conversations, but I know of no pheromone that is going to make someone else make the “first move” or “take the risk out of it.” Actually without risk life loses all its fun and personally I would rather stop wearing pheromones if there were one.
Where the social pheromones like the nols, your Instant Openness, Instant Honesty and CTTM will get the girls talking with you, still you are going to have to say hello at the very least. Instant Shine will keep you in harmonic resonance with other happy shiny people around you, but again if you want attraction you have to be able to project attractive features. One thing for sure women find attractive is a confident Alpha male who projects himself as someone who will stand up for what is right, and that my friend is a risk.
I say go forth and take the risk, be the alpha man and always push the limit. Who wants a cookie cutter relationship?
