for interview purposes, i find that instant shine is the way to go, maybe coupled with A314. it should be able to project fun, positive guy who is competent.

Thnk you for responding. I am kind of shy at first butce i get used to being around that person, I tend to loosen up. I mostly get shy when put on the spot. I a very laid back ,patient person. Usually I don’t pursue anyone because of the fear rejection. Although I’m sort of shy, I am still going, but I think I could be more outgoing.

For your job interview, I would say A314, with some Instant Honesty or Instant Openness if you feel you need to soften it a little.
