We can’t tell you how much to use because your body chemistry and personality are an important factor, as are factors concerning you targets. This is where you have to do a little work to find what works for you.

OK. Well Clint’s advice above is good, so in addition to those, I would suggest you consider the following.
IG - A smart/smooth status vibe, makes a good impression and emphasises the quality aspect of your personality. This is Androsterone based like A314 but in a much less severe form as high-status pheros can make a shy/reticent guy seem very standoffish or haughty. More suitable for bars and more social places around women your age or younger. A314 is still the perfect phero for signaling professional qualities at work.
TUTH - Don’t wear this on its own unless you are very close to bed with someone as it is a very sexually overt phero that can intimidate, appear creepy or repel in general socialising but in the more raunchy bars and clubs, you can use a little TUTH to increase the sexual impact of Ammo. You can also use TUTH moderated with IO but I would save that pairing for the clubs or parties.
And it should go without saying that at very least, Ammo and Instant Shine should be on your list of purchases as both are key pheros for social and attractive qualities in their different ways and that you must do the basics to find your best dose of A314 before going into an interview.
However, if you are buying four or more products, you are getting pretty close to the cost of the “Killer Newbie Kit” which gives you a togo of all the main products for a pretty reasonable discount:
AD’s delivery is indeed excellent but do remember they need their weekends, so if you order on a Friday, delivery is more likely to be after the weekend but if you can make the shipping deadline, you may be in luck. Even to the UK, they often manage to surprise me with the speed of delivery.
