Im a 20 year old male from Greensbro NC, who is on his second year of college. I’m not scared to approach women and Im a handsome guy, I work out and everything. The only problem I seem to have with women is approaching them. Everytime I see a sexy girl I want to say something to them but its like theres something inside me that just wont let me spit it out.

To answer your main question, it depends on the climate and the exact product. For example oils have a slower diffusion time while sprays diffuse quicker. On average though as an example I would spray before going to work, and if I have an important meeting - spray again at lunch.
