To answer your main question, it depends on the climate and the exact product. For example oils have a slower diffusion time while sprays diffuse quicker. On average though as an example I would spray before going to work, and if I have an important meeting - spray again at lunch.
Some more potent sprays seem to last a bit longer but that’s possibly just my nose. I find IJ and TUTH linger around.
From what you’ve said it sounds like you need IO. This contains the main communication phero. Just keep in mind to work with the product, don’t expect it to do all the work for you. It won’t bring women running to talk to you, but it will make you want to talk to people and make them much more receptive to it.
If you can handle everything else yourself then great : Otherwise I would point at ammo as well if you’re into the bar/clubbing pickup scene as that’ll steer your conversation to the sexual side.
