I guess it’s important for me to understand the science behind it, what’s real or fake, and how to custom code it to work the best with your individual self. I don’t really know a whole lot about the science behind it, but I believe in it. I guess I’ve just got a few questions.
I’ve heard that pheromones can make other men more agressive towards you, is this true?

If you want to learn about pheros this is the place for you. You can read through the men’s forum and certainly read through the abstracts. You can never learn too much about anything to include pheros.

To answer the easy question - really high doses of 'none can make guys aggressive towards you but it has to be high doses.
The slightly trickier question of what pheros can make ladies more at ease around you. Part of it depends on your personality. IKinda the same thing as to what can make you feel more confident although they can overlap.
Ammo has none in it and can make you feel more confident and the girls know that you are interested.
IG gives off a cool calm alpha vibe. It can make women feel very at ease around you because you seem very cool and calm.
IO, IH and IShine are all social products. IO helps people with those initial conversations. IH helps people feel connected to you and often opens up deeper conversations as a result. And IShine helps people around you feel happy to be near you.
So a relaxing combination might be IG, IH and Ishine.
Well a little bit more about how I relate to people, hmm. I guesss I’m generally a very quiet person. I’m actually quite insecure, I don’t feel comfortable with my outer appearance at all. I’m generally conservative, I don’t usually jump at challenges or things like that in social settings.
If you have problems with those intial conversations then a good social combo is usually IO and IShine.
Whether you use Ammo or IG as a base rpoduct depends on how you want to approach things. IG might work well as it fits in with a quieter personality. The Ammo will let the ladies know you are interested but that might require you to be a little more outgoing.
I think it sounds good, I guess I’ll probably go ahead and order the IO and IShine. I just don’t want the IO to make it feel like more of a friend zone type of thing.
