Would IO(1x strength) (be a good pheromone for a first time pheromone user) for meeting new people in college as that is were i will find myself in the fall. and would IH be good as well as i heard they are both social pheromones. what strength would you recommend for someone new to all this.
I can’t comment on these products, but I can suggest you work on getting comfortable around people and learn a few tricks about opening sets. Easy way to socialise is to get yourself involved in an activity (sport, dance, etc), as you will find there people that instantly share your interest and will be easy to approach and socialise with. Practice, practice, practice 
The social pheromones in the instant line are great for college and for me, wearing 3-4 sprays of IO in a classroom is great for getting anyone around you to talk but from personal experience this can negatively lead up to someone nagging, especially if they’re normally a talkative person 
Also, if you are thinking about IH too, I’d recommend CTTM2 which is a combination of IO+IH.
