This is good the way it is, pretty much. TUTH is not necessary, especically at your age. Both TUTH and Ammo contain androstenone, too much of which can work against you. If you’re going to just hang out with people, as opposed to a place like a dance club, you can even use just 1 spray of Ammo and still come out ahead. If you are going to use TUTH, hide it in your pocket, and discreetly put on 1 spray when you got a girl in your bedroom, to eliminate any last-minute resistance on her part.
CTTM is basically 1/2 IO + 1/2 IH mixed together. But doubling up on it just to get the “full” amounts of both components isn’t a good idea, either. Use the same amounts of CTTM as you would IO or IH. The only difference is the end results, which the product names explain pretty well.
I like the mix and cttm is real good. I tested this and it’s great. I think cttm and Ammo will be just fine adding the IS wouldn’t hurt but not necessary.

At 26, the validity of applying TUTH under your shirt is very questionable - that’s a tactic for very young guys (i.e. teens) around similar age women. Once you get into your 20s, dosing changes, sometimes quite dramatically.
The CTTM replacement was based on 50/50 of the 2x versions of IO/IH.
Ok, so one spray would basically be one IO and one IH, so two sprays would be double that then… And I know something about cttm isn’t exactly 50/50 if IO and IH exactly, the real spray is something like 70/30 but I was just wondering if two sprays would be equal to kinda what IO and IH would be for two or would be to get close to equally to one
No, its the 2x product the CTTM alternative is based-on - so you would need 2 sprays each of 1x IO/IH for an equivalent of one spray CTTM.
The proportion thing is different. IO is roughly 70/30 Alpha/Beta-nol and IH is the other way round (plus steering), so look at it globally.
