Out of all places, the last place I’d expect to get a hit on was on a bus filled with Chinese. I was wearing Instant Shine, I/S A and Instant Openness (my current only available items but I’m ordering stuff as I type =)). There was this guy who had a foldable bike and came onto the bus, sitting across me. Now I wasn’t in the best of moods at the time because I was I was actually experiencing a dream like mood due to either lack of sleep or a headache (I can’t remember which, but I nearly forgot to get off the previous bus that day)
Anyway, when his bike looked like it was about to land on my knees (we were seated across each other, and it’s kind of cramped), I had a really fast reaction and he noticed it. So the lad suggested that I move one seat up (he’s around mid-20s, decent looking shy guy). So I did and he moved from across and sat directly next to me. And just as I was about to get off the bus, he asked if I was an artist because I was carrying a sketch pad carrier (had sketching class that day). So I made small talk and agreed that he could check it out, despite the fact that I was about to get off very soon. He went on and on and on about how awesome the sketches looked and asked whether I was an artist and mentioned that his little sister/cousin/whoever was also good at it. But of course, it all had to end really soon because I had to get off (for real!). He looked embarrassed in a way, but as I got off, I thought…“aww…what a sweet guy”. To be honest, I think he did take a lot of courage just to chat. =)
It’s not everyday I talk to random men for fun.
