I cant believe that i called Jasmin to confirm my order and did not realise how early it was for her nearly 4 am!! and she answered the phone!!!
That really made my day (busy day at work today) and we got to chat about the different products i ordered and what to do and not to do…
So i must say that when she says she will answer the phone anytime when she is available she WILL! she was probly nearly asleep and decided to answer.
I feel special 
Probly not a good idea to get up at 3am to test this but i can assure you it is bed time for me here in australia in 1 hour and she is still working away answering phones in her sleep.
Thats great customer service and it deserves to be mentioned in any line of work!

ps - no one ring her for at least a few hours so she can get some sleep and send our orders away!!
