It makes me go nuts when I get the ‘your order has been shipped’ but it’s just been assigned a tracking number and still probably wont go out for awhile. My hopes were lifted last night when I got the email, only to see this morning that it hadn’t been picked up… and I know it’s a big putative order so that takes longer but I placed it well over a week ago so I figured that was enough time for it to be done and out. I want all my awesome lil goodies so I can start working on mixes for the 30 mixes in 30 days contest heh
That has something to do with how FedEx assigns tracking numbers. Once the order is placed into the system I do know they assign a tracking number automatically. From the way the system was designed, from what I read, was it was the most streamlined way to do it. DHL has different systems so our friends overseas see a tracking number when it is actually sent out. When you order putatives, it typically took me about a week or so to get it. No idea why or how but I guess that’s just how it works out, it did say shipped for quite some time though.
I agree that it needs fixing. I sent about thirty emails but I guess with jasmin working around the clock she didn’t have time for them. Lets hope that now it can be fixed properly since at least she is actually responding to john. It’s good to see things getting done around here. It was rather frustrating for me and Mickaelia to constantly bring these things up and never get an answer. Sure am glad she is answering john and progress is being made
Jasmin should be back from her dental extravaganza tonight. I’ve been flying solo around the clock getting things taken care of. Its funny because Jacob and I were JUST talking about this the other day!

i think the protocol changed a bit tho so that the tracking isn’t assigned until it’s done processing at the lab for p’s and other customized products. that’s a huge change from it being assigned right away and then going to the lab.
