Well, even the tad Androstenone of 1 spray Ammo could be too much for you.
I read that you’re asian and if I’m not mistaken asians tolerate and produce less -none. You can try your luck with half a spray, and ramp up until you think it’s too much (likely 1 spray will already be…).
I noticed decent effects with Summer Ammo opposed to regular Ammo, but some people dislike it. Again, up to you.
Remember it’s not called Androsternone but there’s Androstenone for attraction/arousal and Androsterone for status (rough explanation).
Alternatively to Ammo/Summer Ammo you can try out P75, but that is for advanced users with some experience. Nobody will stop you from trying though. However, I suggest you try -none products first. If they simply dont work or even at tiny sprays you think it is too much already, then it’s time for P75.
Its not so much that none is bad with Asians - It is more that too much none is the problem as they tend to be responsive to far less of the stuff compared to western or other races.
However the more general preference for Androsterone in Asians is well known and you should look to making something like IG you primary phero, with a small amount of Androstenone as secondary sexual steering. Ammo is ideal for this as it is a balanced mix of none, rone and nol but you increase the rone proportion with IG as a primary.
However, the yonger the girl, the more likely it is that none will be problematic, so start with the smallest dose you can manage - Try for half a spray or get a dropper and dose in 4-6 drop increments till you fins what works.
