Lets have some fun guys & girls! (and maybe win some prizes)

Every correct response to this will be put into a random drawing (I will ‘Thank’ your post so that you know it is eligible). There will be three randomly selected winners who will get something special in their next order*:

Here it goes:

Step one*: Name *four criteria that make a good report and name two factors that can ruin the usefulness of a report.

Step two: ***Link to a “perfect” example of a report that is **not your own. *(Direct link to the post itself, not the whole thread please)

I will close this after Wednesday night. (EDIT: I may extend this until Friday or so, depending on the responses.)

(EDIT: Also, do not post double reports. So if somebody already linked the report you wanted to use try to find another.)

  • Order can be any size. Your order will be bumped up to high priority as an extra bonus, even if it has customs - if its in stock it will go out same day or next day if possible. My AD colleagues are not applicable :stuck_out_tongue:
  1. Technical info
  • Weather, Mones used, Application points, dosage, scent.
  1. Self effects
  2. Effects on others
  3. Testing individually at first

Two factors:

  1. Pheromones mixed with non-AD products
  2. Exaggerating

Four criteria:
Application points
Dosages
Location, location, location ( as in where were you?)
Effects

2 factors that ruin a report
cover cologne or whatever you may add to or over the test product
Being drunk (lol!)
Mixing products and reporting before testing individually

I’m gonna take a stab into something slightly different but relevant since P51mustang and JosieW covered everything :frowning:

4 criteria that makes a good report:

  • Accurate description of application spots and dosage

  • Effects on others BUT also come up with pointers to debunk that the effects were mones but in fact just your personality, coincidences, special event etc. Thus when referring back to the entry the next time you can note down the variables and accurately deduce what mones did what in what occasion.

I feel that the following is a double-edged sword..

  • Self effects (I feel flirty, I walked with a swagger etc.) When mones come with self effects, it will definitely affect the WHOLE report because the self-effect is how you carry your mones and thus affect the vibe you are giving out. If you wore IO but *SOMEHOW *you felt flirty the whole report will be biased towards the flirting side. However, tacticus is able to deduce what effects the mones would have on others BASED on self-effects alone, thus this is definitely something to ponder upon.

Another that will ruin the report would be if the person is on subliminal sets. If someone reported on the particular molecule a month ago and then another in another month, and if he was on an Alpha set or an attraction sub during this month, it will definitely skew the result. Unless he reports consistently for this whole month.

Perfect report by scotties123: Scotties123 Journal - #2 by scotties123

As most of the main criteria has been mentioned and rather then having post after post saying app points, dose, effects, venue I have listed 4 factors which may not be 100% vital but still contribute to a good report.

4 criteria for a good report

comprised of unbiased data ( has not been influenced by the reading of other users reports)
give the stats of other people in the report (age, race etc)
report has been written up within a few days of event as opposed to a month later.
easily read structure (nobody wants to read a full page of text without breaks)

2 things that could ruin a report

  1. re application of a different combination of mones later on.
  2. being with someone else that is wearing same or different combo to you at time of testing.

Going great ao far, now it’s getting interesting!

Keep up the good work, let’s see more!

Specifying the dosing amount and application points, as well as weather conditions and recording of evaluated hits (physical info, why they may have done/said something they did) would make a report better. Meanwhile forgetting to include factors that may have changed the results (eg consuming alcohol, adding non-AD products, wearing an exceptionally provocative outfit ) and poor grammar/spelling/coherence could ruin the same report.

(First Experiences with Instant Sexiness!) From the Women’s Journals.

Four criteria’s to a good report.

  1. What was applied and at what dosage.

  2. Application points

  3. Written in an enjoyable manner. I love reading reports that are funny yet still provide so much detail and information.

  4. Quotations throughout the day that the user thought was induced by the pheromones. I like this method better than somebody telling me mx999 causes erections so that I could come to my own conclusions. I would rather read “she said to me is that ur…”

Harmful to reports

  1. Reports written days after based solely on memory.

  2. Not being congruent with the products you use. This can create a bad reputation for a product if the proper role is not acted out. Your report will be negative if you apply ammunition and just sit there without saying a word. OF course there wasnt any hits, you need to man up!

Here is a report I enjoyed

After tomorrow night this closes, so hustle it up if you want in!

Last day to get in on this. The prizes are going to be awesome, so don’t miss out.

Step one*: Name **four criteria that make a good report and name two **factors that can ruin the usefulness of a report.

Step two: Link to a “perfect” example of a report that is **not your own. *(Direct link to the post itself, not the whole thread please)

My 4 are:

  1. BASELINE/ BACK STORY ON “TARGETS” if applicable
  2. BEFORE APPLICATION MOOD and other things that may affect your results
  3. Individually First REPEAT
  4. Objectivity- You can read other reports, but state in YOURS that you have.

The negative 2 are:
1)COVER SCENTS-COVER SCENTS-COVER SCENTS- hard to get proper diffusion type feedback.
2) BUFFERING before understanding a molecule 1st

Like the whole journal , but linked the first post, because to me it is what a beginning test journal should look like

four things that make a good report

Atmosphere: not just something vague like “work” or “school” or “a club”, but a good description of the environment and the general mood there.

Detail about the persons effected: not just the effects, but what kind of person is this, age, race, etc and more importantly, what if any relationship do they already have with you. An attraction based product could produce dramatically different results in a woman you just met to a woman that’s had you in the friend zone for months. This info could actually be helpful.

YOUR ACTIONS!!! You could come in and report that 2 sprays of MX-OU812 and 1 spray of P-I81B4U doesn’t do a damn thing for you, but if you leave out the fact that you sat in the darkest corner of the bar sulking and looking like a potential axe murderer the info about lack of hits isn’t really helpful.

Preconceived expectations, this pretty much goes along the lines of detecting possible placebo effects. But can work both ways. Some people can get great results because they have great expectations, some may be disappointed by the subtlety of a real pheromone hit compared to the Axe commercials. Knowing what you expected going in can help determine if your state of mind is coloring your perception of effects.

two things that can ruin a report.

Pherobombing: When an MX is being released for testing purposes, the formula was chosen to see the effects of specific molecules in specific doses and ratio’s to each other. When you also happen to be wearing 2 drops of A314, 1 spray of tuth, two sprays each of IO and Shine and a combination of P86/P83…all layered over two sprays of MX8675309, then filtering through the effects of all of those products to determine the effectiveness of the test product gets a little tricky.

Not mentioning colognes, personally I agree that wearing a cologne over your mones could effect the diffusion but that’s something that I think can be taken into account and factored in…IF YOU LET US KNOW WHAT YOU USED.

That said two of my favorite guys to read reports from are Steve and Gentleman. I get details that quite frankly make me feel like I’m there, I can visualize the Bucky Stars and I can practically see Hippie Girl. This is good, I think that specific details about the mood and personality of the people effected and places used is essential when reporting on a product designed to communicate mood and personality.

Soooooo I’m gonna be naughty and link TWO reports even though the rules say to do one (I’m a rebel)

Contest closed! I’ll be choosing winners today! Everybody had great answers but now it’s time to randomly select 3 entries.

1. You need to tell us how much you put on, how many sprays, and in what mcgs.
2. Enviromental factors, we need to know what the weather is like where you are testing it. People in austrailia may get different results then people in canada during this time of the year. It may last longer in the cold, etc.
3.What did you see happen? What made your mind think “This! This is not normal and is likely the result of this pheromone!”?
4. What else did you put on? Don’t leave this out because it is important!

Two things that ruin a report is: wearing too much, that might cause an overdose. Also, Do not read other peoples reports before you test it yourself. We need YOUR opinion, not a reworded vierson of theirs.

Congrats to those of you who won and for those who did not win for the great answers and for participating.

I can’t wait to see who won.

I just want to see what you get actually… am one of those who like opening other people’s presents. :stuck_out_tongue:

Damn, I procrastinated and missed out…

Sorry everybody who posted after I closed it. I had it up for a few days.

I’ll do another one of these soon maybe. Didn’t seem to get a big response so IDK if its worth it.

The randomly selected winners are (in the order they came up on my dice rolls):

Spinach
vvtv57
JosieW

Congrats guys!!!

Also, everybody who entered this that didn’t get chosen as one of the three are also going to get a 2nd-place prize because everybody was SO smart with these answers and you all did such an awesome job.

I will e-mail the 3 winners about their grand prizes this weekend and the rest will also get e-mails about their prizes as well.

Why must things like this happen when I’m away from the forum? ::cries:: Just kidding. I hope to be back soon. I’ve been settling back into life at school and haven’t had much time for testing. Anyway, I hope I’m lucky enough to participate in the next contest if any more are held.

OMG! I got picked! :open_mouth: Congrats to the other two as well
Thank you so much for the cool opportunity John, I can’t wait to get my email; I think this means that I’ll push my next order up a bit. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve moderated forums before and I see issues like this quite often. The thing is most people will spend the majority of their time in the pheromone advice sections and only check into the lounge every once in a while.
I think if you post it here, you might post alerts in the mens and womens sections linking to the main topic in here. I think guys like the idea, but don’t know about it since they don’t venture out of their favorite forums much.
