Looking defensive on A314 Alpha God: body language tips to appear more open?

Today I decided to go for the a314 alpha god and added 5 drops to my persona with a dash of ammo for fun.

People were overly scared by me and I found that my body language is very defensive in terms of appearance (my own interpretation) even though i’m relaxed.

I was wondering, what’s a good way to appear more relaxed and open? I know the whole alpha body language safe to approach aspect, but in my mind it’s a bit unnatural.

Know any good books or readings I can look into to help change this?

I am actually trained and quite experienced in reading and speaking BL.

Tips on appearing open with body language…

Don’t cross arms. Don’t hold arms close and tight to your torso. Hang them loose to your sides or resting on your legs if your seated.

Don’t cross legs or ankles. Open your legs to a relaxed width.

Do not keep your hands fisted. Loose open hands. Don’t do palm out though because that implies weakness.

Relax your forehead. The forehead can be a huge tell for people.

Make prolonged eye contact and smile. Not a big ass grin but a light up turn that reaches the eyes.

When your interested in interacting with someone make sure your chest is facing them and at least one foot is pointed in there direction. Do not turn the body away if they are approaching even if your not making direct eye contact yet.

Relax your butt cheeks LOL Seriously. :stuck_out_tongue: When people get tense the first thing to tighten is the ass and it is noticeable. Its where the expression “he/she is a tight ass” comes from.

Keep your chin off your chest.

If you find yourself tightening up and closing find a private place like a bathroom stall and give your body a good jiggle. Rotate the neck and shoulders, wiggle the hips a bit, rotate the ankles. Take some deep breaths and blow them out. look up at the ceiling without tilting your head up. This will open you right up naturally.

The “definitive book of body language” is a good place to start reading. There are lots of good books on it though. Visual training is always best but I haven’t found any dvd’s that impress me enough to purchase them.

Thx for your advice!
I didn’t know i did this.

jajaj me neither! “tight ass” makes sense!! Thanks Tisha!

Body language is tricky as is like riding a bicycle. The best way I can share is get to know your body. Locate where tension exists and via breathing start unlocking and unloading any and all tension. Find people that are smooth as a visual example so your brain starts to see how great it seems to be relax and by slow breathing and relaxation your body can start mimicking that person or example and this might start to give you an insight into your body. Since we are talking about A314 watch something like Oceans 11 movie… lots of amazing examples of body language with fellas managing, controlling and scheming millions of dollars… I will PM you some links about a few things that can help you… I don’t wanna post here as I don’t want “advertise” other products/services on the public forum… unless I get permission of course. Hope this helps!
