Been experimenting for about the last two weeks with a variety of stuff. Not too much, but here’s my observations.
~Specific Product Notes~
- A314, very subtle, yet works pretty much as described. Best results when used on new people for extended periods. They really almost seem to have a bit of awe to them. Slower on people you have established relationships with. Provides a good base that’s effective everyday, and not overly in your face or offensive. Being a person who has a past of strongly objecting to any sort of scented wearable products, this stuff if really easy on the nose. Smells kinda like flowers or some kind of soap?
- P74, 25mcg per spray. Another that seems to live up to expectation. Cool, collected, confident. However, two cavets. Using it pure gives it a rather short effective window. 2-3 hoursish. Once it wears off, you feel totally out of it. Another shot seems to work as a great pick-me-up, but if you forget the bottle you may feel just too worn out to make the most of a night. Normally, I’m the sort that parties until there is no one left to party with, however this sort of kills me in the long run. Zombie like just need sleep etc. Anyone else experience this?
- Instant Shine, Instant Openness. Mentioned them before. Of the Instants I’ve tried, definitely my favorites. But, I’ve learned that I tend to get a bit carried away with them. Small doses are great to just add a little brightness and cheer.
- 83. 12.5 Definitely an attraction factor, but I have not had the right motivations or opportunities to really give this one the run around. Worried I might be trying to go a bit gung-ho on it. Seems most appropriate to mix it with something to encourage social interaction.
~Random Interjections~
- Putatives are nice to bolster yourself for something quick as a nice throw on top, but their definite main draw is mixing. Without some of the other components, the effects are much shorter lived, so keep in mind you may have to reapply, or just make the best use of your time.
- Be vary wary of over doing it. If you’ve got a good mix going, be very careful of trying to “kick it up a notch.” If you’ve already got a complex mix going, tossing on something really in your face such as MX203 is probably going to ruin your night.
- It’s important to have a good time and not overthink things. If you spend all your time trying to “observe the effects of your signature” chances are you’re blowing it. That’s not to say you shouldn’t be mindful, just that it’s wasteful to over analyze every situation.
Still much to try, much to do. Kinda want those two new test packs, but I surely have enough on my plate.
Still in need of more thorough testing before I can report on them:
Instant Female Magic
203 (like the scent), 204 (don’t seem to match tater’s observations)
