Scent is the strongest sense tied to memory. It allows us to recall events faster than any other, which makes sense, since there are so many fewer chemical and electrical reactions that need to take place in order for your brain to recall a particular memory.
Before I got into pheros, I developed a personal obsession with smelling good. Not that I smelled bad mind you, but the different scents of colognes put me in different moods and also helped to convey my mood to others based on what I wearing on any given day. The right cologne in addition to your attire and game skills will help you bring your A-game to its peak form. Through years of wearing different brands I have come up with my all-time favorite list and these would all make a good combo with the pheros offered at Androtics.
- DKNY Be Delicious
Like myself and others have stated, blends perfectly with the Neroli phero products because it has light citrus notes. Somewhat of an “underground” male fragrance and I don’t know many guys wearing it. This is a good thing as you will stand out amongst the AFCs and get more initial attention. - DKNY Red Be Delicious
A new version that concentrates more on a red apple fragrance note. Also has cognac and rum notes. A much sweeter scent compared to the original Be Delicious. - Calvin Klein Eternity
This should be a standard issue item for all men. The original fresh scent cologne for men. Most women absolutely love this stuff. Very versatile for day or night wear and gives an aura of a sophisticated man. - Kenneth Cole Reaction
Fairly new product that has a dominant melon note. It’s light and fresh on the nose and doesn’t come across as overbearing with multiple sprays. One of my newest personal favs and has opened many legs for me. - Tommy Hilfiger Tommy
Gives you that clean scent like you just stepped out of the shower. Dries down really well and last a very long time. I could smell this the next day but it was in a good way like fresh and clean even though my white a-shirt laying on the floor was oh so dirty
- Armani Code
Definately a “night cologne” for the club or bar scene. Very spicy and oriental in nature giving off a sexual vibe in a loud way. I wouldn’t recommend this for work environments. - Michel Germain Sexual
Stated elsewhere on this forum and has sweet flowery notes (in a masculine way) with hints of tobacco. Excellent dry-down scent that lingers for days afterwards. Just remember a little goes a long way and don’t overdo it. - Lacoste Essential
Time-released technology cologne that has sporty green citrus notes to it. Day time cologne with a fresh and clean vibe.
Remember that what works for me may not work for you. Colognes react with your own body’s chemistry and produce their own signatures much like pheromones. Trial and error applies here but you should definitely find some that work well for you.
What are your favorites and please describe their notes and proper usage such as day or night wear, etc.?
