P130 + ih
Ok, so as I’ve said, I’m testing out mones for visiting with a long-stay hospital patient. This can be tricky, because you don’t know what sort of influence there might be from the massive amounts of medications given to hospital inpatients. Also, a lot of different emotions are present: fear, anxiety, confusion, loneliness, depression, anger, vulnerability, etc.
So far, I’ve tried p130 (neroli, to-go size, 5mcg/spray) solo, and combined with IH (30 ml bottle, reg strength). The dosages for p130 solo have been between 5-15mcg. The p130 may have taken some of the edge off of the negative emotions, but I definitely didn’t see any major changes. I’m thinking that a broad-spectrum approach may be called for. I’ll probably keep p130 in the big picture, but likely as a minor player.
5 mcg p130 + 1 spray IH yielded better results. Nearly every time I visit, there is new news. Somebody wants to do a procedure, or a previous procedure didn’t work as expected, or somebody predicts a bad outcome, or complications have arisen somehow. It’s a very nerve-wracking way to live. Yesterday was one of those days. I hung out with him for a few minutes before remembering that I had been planning to wear mones, so then I sprayed them on without him noticing. The presence of IH seemed to be more effective than p130 alone. He seemed to get less fussy than he usually would. It seemed to lend a grounding presence. Didn’t do much for relaxation or comforting, so I’ll keep searching.
I’m going to be getting p74 in my next order, so let’s see what happens there. I also plan to test out TAC.
I had previously said that IS might not be a good idea because of the crash, but I think I’m going to amend that. If I use IS 2 hours before bedtime (sleep aids being administered), he might be falling asleep around the time that the crash would happen. He does need to experience the sort of happy feelings that IS can bring. I might eventually pick up some TAA and play around with it.
Still open to input and suggestions.
