Compare and contrast.
P74 seems to me to be the closest I have seen to pheroproof, but the nuances are different. PP doesn’t have the empathetic aspect that P74 seems to bring for me. PP seems to have a reasonable 'none and nol component, but beyond that there is a cockiness I haven’t seen even with high-dose PI or Edge.
Interested to know peoples’ thoughts.
P74 seems more laid back to me. When I think of P74, I think of a guy in a collared shirt and jeans, top few buttons unbuttoned, relaxing at a party. He’s not really badass in any way, just cool and fun.
Pheroproof seems to be more ‘on’ than p74, but not in the same way that Instant shine is ‘on’
When I think of PP, I think of the guy who’s personality entertains the room in a cool way(not the standup comedian way) with many girls looking at him, wishing he would just talk to them. He’s louder, not arrogant but close. Mostly he’s just there to have fun, and isn’t looking to anyone in particular to give it to him because he makes the fun himself. In other words, his frame is stronger.
Recently my friend came up to visit, and I was briefly explaining pheromones to him, and a bit of the science of mixing them. He had this look on his face that told me he was still really skeptical, so i figured i’d just show him. I let him smell the atomizer of my shine bottle (1x) and the guy just rolled backwards and started laughing in a really excited way. He then caught himself, looked me in the eyes with this wide eyed expression, and said…“wooooow”.
Then, after a few minutes, I proceeded to give him PP, as thats what i was about to use for the night. He smelled that and looked at me with a less enthused expression. He said “that one smells good, but its not as cool as the last one.” I was like hmm ok. So i sprayed him 3 times unexpectedly around the neck. 
he was like wtf? But he didn’t really care. Not 3 minutes later, he was out in my common room gaming 3 different girls simultaneously who just couldn’t get enough of him(he’s funny as hell but really quiet, and doesn’t ever do this). As I passed him on the way out into the hall, and I nodded at him knowingly and made a bottle spraying motion with my hand. He looked at me, looked at the girls and looked back at me and gave me an even bigger eyed expression than before. 
make sure he puts u down as referral when he starts emptying his wallet on androtics so u can get the extra reward pts lol!

p74 huh sounds like me with the collared polo shirt with jeans and im usually relaxed back etc might look into it 
P74 on its own certainly is laid back. But have you tried a mix with lots of androstenone softened with P74? (and maybe some other notes - TAA, TAC, A1).
I have tried it with A314 a bunch, sometimes with some Instant Shine (TAA) thrown in. The A314 and P74 complement each other quite nicely, and the Shine amplifies peoples reactions to it as it brings about more lighthearted conversation.
neither P74 nor A314 seem to work in a head snapping fashion, but with shine, people hang around longer, and thus have more time for the former two to really start to effect them. The combonation of these 3 is one of my favorite daytime mixes

I have the urge to try the mix above with a mega dose of none/Edge and solid TAK. I’ve gone very light on none for ages now. Would need to keep reapplying TAA and P74 throughout the night, I suppose.
P74 works mega well for me with props/peacocking BTW. (dressing cool, with a conversational piece or two, rather than going full out MM style). It also seems to allow you to get away with being a bit harsher with takeaways/teasing/negs. I was opened three times last night and would have closed a tall blonde lead singer in a rock band had I not been spooked a girl like that would be into me… (not just hot, but I felt way cooler than me). Hmm, keenly awaiting Instant Inner Game.
My ears perked up when you said she was way cooler than you, but was still into you with P74. I’ve been feeling that P74 makes me into the cool guy. Cool people tend to only like other cool people, so would you agree? Were you wearing any others mones?
hi -yes i was wearing a complex mix… but i do think i have a good feel for p 74 and agree that it will contribute to a mellow cool guy vibe. (not sure that cool ppl ‘only like other cool people’).
here is my first impression of p74 from an old post last fall
P74 and EST seem to be good (when combined with a regular balanced mix inc A314 and Shine) at creating a cool vibe amongst men and women alike. You are a relaxed, charismatic presence - lovely guy/mature, powerful yet not intimidating and people smile, want to get to know you, invite you to parties. And I think this stays with them - it’s not like an OD of some of the simpler mixes where if you see someone again without it they are in a different state and it’s as if your interaction with them previously had never reached the level it did and they feel at some level puzzled about why they behaved that way towards you…What’s the difference between P74 and EST anyway? You there, tacitus? I haven’t had enough instances of wearing one and not the other to have discovered…
