My ex gf and I are going to see eachother again but as friends she said, she know that im still in love with her but i respect her decision and told her i wasnt going to force anything. As this is your first post, the best thing you can do is repost this in your own thread in the Intro Forum, with a bir more info about yourself, your personality your ex (incl ages) and the sort or places you will be using pheros around her.
That way we can offer better advice and you earn the GC to help start out.
The best way to apply apply spray pheros is to layer them on the skin, not mix. Just leave a couple of minutes between each layer before spraying the next. Then the cover scent. The only pheros you need to keep apart are oils.
