Not that anyone asked but my opinion of how the law of attraction works deals more in the subconscious and focus.
For example a stretch of road through the middle of the desert, telephone poles about 18 inches in diameter spread out at 50 feet intervals…how is it that people seem to manage to crash into an 18" pole and miss countless miles of desert? The subconscious mind fears crashing into the pole so the driver looks at the very thing he wants to avoid. Subconsciously his body makes minor adjustments based on his focus. The mind moves in the direction of it’s dominant thought.
Along those lines if you attempt to use the law of attraction to bring an abundance of attractive women into your life what would happen is likely to be along the following lines.
You with positive expectations of the abundance of attractive women would probably begin working on your grooming and dress a little more, improving your presentation. You most likely would do this without even thinking about it or being aware that you made a change unless it was pointed out to you.
You may find you’re going out to clubs and places where attractive women hang out at more often. It won’t seem out of the ordinary or unusual because some friends invited you along, of course they may have invited you before and you declined almost reflexively and never thought about it, but now with positive expectations and the confidence that comes with it you go.
This is a big part of it, with a positive focus and positive expectations we tend to be more alert to opportunity when it comes up. It’s not so much that positive things come more often, they come no matter what but a pessimistic or cynical person will ignore and dismiss those things when they come…and then look at somebody with a positive focus and see how they seem to live an almost charmed life and bemoan to themselves “Why don’t things like that ever happen to me?”
Every day events and signs of fate or random chance appear to us, only those who understand that what we focus on expands and what we expect, we tend to realize will be alert enough to spot them and take action. Imagine needing money and walking along the street and coming across a hundred dollar bill just laying there (actually happened to me once), I don’t consider that anything mystical or supernatural made it appear out of nowhere. It was there and guess what, any number of people could have walked right past it not noticing it because their focus and expectations don’t allow for money to just come into their life out of nowhere.
