Hey everyone, this will actually be my first post!
I recently received my order of IS and TUTH, along with a sample of P91 (Thanks Mick!)
I first tried out two shots of IS to the wrist, along with a single spray of P91 to the jawline. I noticed a buzz/euphoria in the first hour or so, just simple cheerfulness. Then it died down into having no energy, being quiet, and snappy. Could this be harmful?
I too have noticed the mood swings, particulary when i was new to mones.
2xspray Instant Shine 1x to wrists and i think it was 1xspray of TAC to my neck
in this case approx 45 mins after i was waiting for the girls to get ready to go out and they were taking forever. I was looking for my screen protectors for my phone, which i couldnt find, and ended up in a bit of a frenzy looking for them which is un characteristic for me (im usually a pretty chilled sort of person).
The same sort of frenzy has occurred perhaps once or twice more since then but nothing since (given this was in january and i use mones most days.
I think it might be that when you are new to mones and you need a bit of time to work out how to respond to the self effects, as i found the self effects were a lot stronger than first expected.
This is not mood swings in the medical sense of the term but yes, mones can affect your mood slightly one way or the other - however, this does vary greatly between individuals and individual pheromones.
You also tend to get used to them sooner rather than later but again, self effects of some mones can take longer to get used to than others.
What you describe is very much the sort of short term “rush” and its associated “crash” that is particularly associated with IS - and in most cases, people do adapt to it after a few outings, although high doses/prolonged wear can see it come back. The best way to offset this is to keep your electrolytes up and get some decent quality food and the odd rest occasionally.
Also remember that you can get minor and very short term euphoric effects off the solvent/scented components but again, a small and fleeting rush!
Thanks for the replies gentleman. I was starting to get worried about that for a second.
I’m gonna try one single spray of IS until I adapt to the molecules. I do recall that eating did make me feel a lot better, and I felt a bit guilty for snapping at my boss
Yup - Having some decent food and electrolyte replenishing drink will go a long way to offset the potential negative self effects of a number of mones - Most notably IS or TAA and Nols - IO or IH. All of these can leave you feeling a bit burned out/drained when starting out or on high dose/prolonged wear but you will adapt.
That’s not really how it works - Self effects are highly variable and my getting negatives like that or even your getting them from IS is no indication you are going to get them from any other mone - good or bad. Then there is the thing that whilst some mones may have certain properties in common, there is no fully equivalent alternative.
I’d suggest you stick with IS for a little while till you adjust to it, then move-on to something else and see how you do with that.
I agree Mobocaster -Stick to the IS and see how this goes - It will take a few weeks to get used to the self effects.
One saying is to remember what goes up must come down. But the supposed down is really just a mental thing and you can change this quickly by reminding your self that “its just the mones” and start thinking of happy things.. the mood will quickly reverse and you will start to feel better in no time at all. Its all about training the brain to understand that the change in mood is a by product of the pheromones you are wearing and once it knows this, it is surprisingly easy to either accept how the mones are guiding you to feel (happy, shining, rollercoaster up and down) or ignore the pheromones and feel how you want top feel (eg more consistent happy, no roller coaster effect).
Much thanks to both of you guys. I plan on just sticking with two sprays daily of IS to the wrists for a week, and see how it all unfold. I’ll keep in mind the positive thought process you recommended. I suppose it’d be a tad overkill to try out Alpha 314 with my lack of experience :o
P91 by itself can make one jittery and ill at ease. That as well as TAA/shine are 'mones that can cause a hangover when combined either together or with alcohol / dehydration. P75, P78, TAF, TAA, P91… maybe others. Overstimulating and probably increasing the propensity to dehydrate. Be warned of The Crash.
P91 w/ a couple drops A314 oil (or perhaps the spray) is pretty workable, due to A314’s steering. 91 works at less than 1 mcg, it’s pretty strong. What does your bottle. say?
Actually I think A314 with P91 would be a productive work mix for you to try out.
