I already have Instant Shine and Ammo Summer, so i’m looking for something that would hopefully blend with one of those. I was looking at the p74 and considering possibly getting that with the 20% Himalayan w/ 2.5 MCG strength. Opinions? 
Oh I love P74 it seems more emotional bonding for me. Himalayan is my favorite scent to. P109 I got the biggest IDGAF relaxed vibe every. I have been experience,renting with P103 and it helps with stress and anxiety it just makes me kind of spacey and mindless. P74 and P96 is euphoric to me and helps with stress seems like 2 parts P96 to 1 part P74 seems to work for me. I’ve never really felt any real profound relaxation from pheromones. However, indirectly I guess I have forgotten - albeit temporarily - menial issues and circumstances when I have had positive hits from pheromones.
With things such as OCD and other anxiety disorders it’s best to find a long-term coping mechanism, or something that elimates the route of the problem.
I currently take Beta-blockers whenever I am feeling particularly anxious, until I get to CBT.
