My Mystery Boy arrived. :slight_smile: So far I have only self-tested but I have an all-day seminar tomorrow which will be just the event to try it out.

First impressions upon opening the bottle and taking big deep sniffs are that the smell is quite similar to that of Turn up the Heat. Now,this is kind of hard to put into words but I will do my best. I’ve often posted that I love huffing Turn Up The Heat and Mystery Boy has a similar effect in many ways. But although the fragrance and the escalation is very similar the final in-your-face macho punch is not there in the Mystery Boy. I’m guessing this has some similar components to Turn Up The Heat but the thunder and lightning heavy male stuff is not there.

I put on four sprays, one each side of the neck, one to the chest and one split between lower arms. Very pleasant, very lively, very upbeat mix. I am almost horribly cheery and end up dancing around the flat and singing.

It’s kind of refreshing, like you just stepped out of a shower before heading out to meet up with some friends.

Although I find it very upbeat, and I think this would be great socially, I also find it very relaxing, reassuring and just really comfortable to wear and be around. So far, I really like this product for the self effects alone. It’s great fun, not too serious or heavy and very comfortable.

I have not tried it socially yet, but I have just the event to try it out at tomorrow, so will report back. I am particularly interested to see how my wearing this phero effects others.

I decided to test Mystery Boy (MB) at a wedding reception on Saturday. I’ve been experiencing wildly varying results mixing MB with other products, so I bit the bullet and wore 4 sprays neat to my wrists–no other pheromones.

I was nervous about smelling like a guy. So, before getting into the car to go to the country club for the reception, I asked my escort what he thought of my “hand lotion,” and waved my hands in front of his face. He said he couldn’t smell anything–then grasped my forearm and pulled my wrist right up to his nose and snuffled hard. Said it smelled “clean, not [like] bananas and marshmallows.” Pink Sugar reference?

At the event, as is usual for me wearing MB, I was a serious gawker :open_mouth:, scoping out cute guys (there weren’t many, but I’m quite sure I noted them all, including staff) and checking out my escort shamelessly.

Escort/guyfriend treated me more like a little sister than a date, acting quite bossy at times and directing me about. "The line is over there." “The upstairs is closed off. Get back down here!” Blah blah blah. When he physically grabbed me at the waist to get me to go with him, I quietly told him off.

People seemed to mention age a lot, as if I was making them think about their age. I’m in my very early thirties. Yet the conversations at dinner and later were sprinkled with things like, “Now, are you in school?” “Where are you at college, dear? My daughter is spending her summer at…” “That was a reference to the Eagles. But you don’t know who they are! Hahaha!” “Just wait until you get old like me…” And several waitstaff called me Miss.

I danced with practically everyone and really felt the rhythm. No pratfalls or clumsiness. Guyfriend wouldn’t dance at first and just played with his Blackberry. I finally got him to his feet by dancing with one of the bridesmaids and one other majorly drunk girl, and we got him to join us.

The only clear verdict I can make about MB is that it may make you seem younger. MB makes me feel happy and sexy and physical, but the sexiness effect on others seems to be neutral. I am also wary about wearing MB around male friends because this was the second time I’ve gotten into an argument while wearing it.

Okay

I wore mystery boy to a work seminar today, five sprays, one each side of the neck, one to the chest, one to the back of the head and one split between the wrists.

It was probably not the best day to try the test, as I had a dreadful night’s sleep and was shattered to start with. It was also a gruelling day 8 hours of talking and being talked at in an underground room with no natural light and bad ventilation - so I was really wiped out by about halfway through.

That said… Everyone was very friendly and accepting towards me, I got offered extra work in another department which I accepted and I was treated well and as an equal by everyone in the room.

Again, until the exhaustion hit critical mass, I was in an upbeat shiny mood with a big grin on my face, and more than willing to share a laugh and a joke (I do like Mystery Boy for this) One very odd thing - my boss was there - he of the grumpiness and he who responds well to Instant Shine. He was dead weird with me. When he was sitting at the other side of the table - no problem. When he had to sit next to me, he ignored me and although he was happy to interact with others in close proximity just cut me dead.

I didn’t detect any sexual buzz from Mystery Boy. But it does seem a good happy mix - probably better for socialising than work though. I do feel it would be possible to jazz this up with a girly sexy pheromone though. It could be possible to find a mix with this that would give a light bubbly social sexual buzz - not serious, but fun.

I didn’t notice that I was “scoping” cute men, but then there were only about seven men at the meeting and even at the lunch the pickin’s were not my type :slight_smile:

I’ll try it with one of the putatives that came with it next.

I think maybe my boss was totally confused by this… do you think it was because he picked up “male” pheromones on me? Even the milder ones?

Question for Kitten - the male friends you have nearly gotten into arguments with while wearing Mystery Boy, are they either boyfriends or friends you think might be attracted to you, or possessive of you, in some way?
I ask because of the reaction I got from my boss - at a distance to me he was fine, eye contact and smiling (occasionally) as soon as he got in sniffing distance - I was ignored and given the treatment. But all the other guys were fine. I’m not sure why my smelling of “male” would bother him?

(How fun to have a nickname that rhymes with so many other words.:wink:) The answer to your question is yeah maybe. Two different guys and I used to date both of them. We are now in friends-with-latent-chemistry mode. I am much more attracted to reception guy, but would never get serious about him because he is sometimes growly and obviously has a few boundary issues.

I wonder if Mystery Boy might have a lot of Androstadienone in it. There have been studies, I think, that said Androstadienone lights up the sexy receptors in straight females and gay males. There are also reports that it makes straight males depressed. Both guyfriends were fairly sulky along with the arguments…so I wonder if maybe they, and your boss, might have been feeling Androstadienone’s depressive effects?

Well, it’s weird.

It wasn’t like it made the boss depressed, just a bit irritable with me. But fine with everyone else sitting at the table, so not depression. All the other guys I was interacting with all day were absolutely fine with it.

Also I thought he would like this one, as he likes TAL more than TAH, responds really well to Instant Shine (doesn’t seem to notifce MX140 though) and this has a Shiney vibe. But nope.

Now, I have also noticed that if I have residual cops, he gets irritable. I think he is uncomfortable with me having anything on that is sexual. Mystery Boy makes me smell a bit of “man” - admittedly not full-on male, but male nevertheless and maybe he is processing that as “just been with a man” and cops as “about to go with a man”. I don’t think he is attracted to me in that way himself, I just think he thinks of me as a “work unit” and the idea of me being a sexual being is a bit of a shock to him.:wink:

I think I must try a full blast of turn up the heat around him and see what that does.:smiley:

Not every male suffers the depressive effects of Androstadienone, perhaps he’s just a reactor and the others aren’t?

I think the depression not only depends on who is reacting, but also other factors, some times when using ammo, iv only used ammo together with IS, but some times it lifts my mood and other times i get slightly down.

If Mystery Boy made him depressed I don’t understand why he was bubbly and upbeat when talking to the person sitting next to him at the table, or the person diagonally across the table from him but cut me dead, and was quite brusque with me when I was directly opposite on the other side of the restaurant table from him.

The four of us were all equidistant. If he was depressed would he not have been quiet with everyone? :confused:

Also he likes Instant Shine a lot, and I think Mystery Boy is loaded with that, or something very similar - would that not have mitigated it?

Sorry for the questions - just trying to figure this out and learn something. I have a heck of a lot to learn! :smiley:

Oh fab, so it’s a product that can make some straight men take a dislike to you, and see you as someone who depresses them? As far a I can recall there were seven guys there, if one out of seven straight guys reacts like that then I think I will steer clear of Androstadienone - if that is what is in it.

What can counter Androstadienone? If I have it I will try adding a blast of it to the mix and seeing what that does.

Fortunately he is off on holiday for three weeks so that should allow the negative Androstadienone pheromone sig - if that’s what caused it - to escape his memory! :smiley:

If I remember properly (and don’t quote me on this, after all I’m senile :slight_smile: ) est would be the product. It has the effects on men that A1 has on women.

Either that or you can try some TAA. That is one of the Instant Shine ingredients.

I think there is already a shed-load of TAA type stuff in there. I think I will just not use it around the boss. Who is still being very strange and very controlling.

Ok.

I was having a bit of trouble getting into some work tonight and feeling a bit angry with myself because of it. Then I realised “Stupid me, why don’t I just stick some pheros on?”

So I did :slight_smile:

3 Sprays full size bottle mystery boy to the chest
2 to-go sprays of 25 mcg TAF
2 to-go sprays of 12.5 mcg P79

Nice, very nice. I got into the work no problem. But where TAF and P79 in combination normally give me laser-tight focus and make me absolutely intense. This not only made me get on with the work but made me feel happy and bubbly while doing it.

Trust me, this is mundane stuff I have to do at the moment. But I set to it with good humour and was even happy to do it.

I’m going to try this again - if it works again. I’m gonna be a very happy little purple skunkette :slight_smile:

Now if only my boss did not DETEST and go all sulky and surly and weird when I wear Mystery Boy (no other guy seems to so far - just him) this could be a winner for work.

Coming back to that I am thinking of trying that Est stuff on him… has anyone got any thoughts on that?

Well, I’ve ordered the EST to try on the boss.

But aside from that, I’ve got a hunch about Mystery Boy. I keep meaning to call Jas about it but haven’t got around to that yet.

With this in mind I have collared one of my best friends who happens to be a gay lady and given her three good sprays of it tonight.

She is also going to wear it out socialising at the weekend.

I want to check something out. I’ve got a feeling there is a very useful side to this product :wink:

Tried the Mystery Boy TAF and P79 mix again. I’ve tinkered a little with the amounts.

Used 3 sprays big bottle of Mystery boy to chest
2 to go sprays of 12.5 TAF
2 to go sprays of p79 12.5 this time

Same thing. Happy and upbeat and re-motivated enough to crack into chores I have been avoiding with - and this is the important bit - a smile on my face and not an intense furrowed brow. :slight_smile:

Kitten if you are out there - or any one else who has mystery boy, TAF and P79 - could you see if this does the same for you? I find the difference is that the mix of p79 and TAF will make me focus on work, but adding the mystery boy makes it a pleasant experience and not an intense chore
