Yeah, you can get 3G on Mount Everest, but there are parts of this country where you can’t get simple broadband.
Where I am, there are places where you cannot get any kind of cell phone service, no electric (use propane), no water (use catchment), no cable, no regular phone either.
In fact, we just recently got mail delivery to our houses. Problem is, I’d have to go out and buy a mail box and put it up. So I’ll just keep using my good old PO Box at the post office.
