Hi everyone was wandering, i come on here off and on researching the the dose’s and whats the best pheromones used, ,im a 44 yr old white male in southern indiana. im trying to get a grasp on how much to us and where would be the sweet spot, knowing that every person might be different, it seams to me that it would take months to research the best sweet spot and months to try diff dose’s, and from what im seeing most post has where most guys are useing 5 to 6 diff phero;s at once guess thats kinda confused to me, i just got my order of truth/IS/ IH allready had A314 and a togo IJ , seams like from what im seeing it will take more then what i got to get TRUE attraction, or make my best friend friendyler, or to basiclly improve things between me and my best friend, long story short im not sure what to us anymore cause i see post of mulit-usage of diff pheros, and anyone give me some + feedback, thanks

LESS IS MORE. For the most practical usages I’ve used IJ alone, AMMO alone, A314 alone, and have gotten some awesome reactions.
True attraction is more than just pheromones, what combinations you use, and what dosages they are. You have to be congruent with them. Essentially if you’re introverted, IO/IH will only do so much and you will send confusing signals when you’re wearing them. If you’re at work and you use TUTH, then it would get nothing because its too sexual of a pheromone.
I’m kinda confused with what you’re trying to get at with your best friend.
Also about usage, you pick one up, and you start with one spray for a few days, then move up in dosage and observe the differences while taking a day or so off. Nothing that you use here will give you instant gratification or results that you’re looking for. You have to put in the effort to see what works so you can essentially know which product to use. Many members here use just one product in day to day usage. There are times people just use AMMO and that’s it. Maybe add some Instant Shine in there.
Typically, users who use masterful combinations are still in their testing phases.
I find it hard to believe you see people using 5-6 different products at once. That’s like AMMO + IS + IJ + TUTH + IG which is a good portion of the consumer line. You may be looking at users who are using putatives, which they’re in the more advanced stages of their usage/testing. Again, start with a clean slate and use each one individually before moving on.
You should PM the forum moderator, Steve, and ask why that is the case.

I don’t think it’s a secret, just a problem that may be unique to a few people. It’s something a moderator would have to lok into.
Leas isdefinitely more in mones man, I’m 3 weeks in and I’ve been getting results, but at times I’ve been wasting sprays by using too much. I abused my yogis the other night by spray more in when I felt more self conscious. I lost congruency, wore too much -none, and it exes up giving off a bad vibe in my book
start with just consumers, I jumped too early into mx’s and putatives, be careful when mixing a lot bc you might add something that takes away from the effects of the initial stuff you put on
Yes finding your true sweet spot for various products can be a time consuming process. However, contrary to the impression you may have gotten from reading various reports around here, not only do you not “need” to utilize an arsenal of products every time you go out, but more often than not it’s counter productive.
Most of what you’re reading are “reports” on the effectiveness of various putatives “single mystery molecules being tested” and MX’s “mystery mixes of various pheromones and putatives” (which really doesn’t make it very easy to measure the effectiveness of one product when it’s part of a kitchen sink mix anyway). But that’s besides the point. The consumer line are the only products that are backed by a guarantee and unless you plan on pursuing this as a hobby and becoming an amateur researcher of sorts they are not needed.
For simple consumer use and results stick with the commercial lineup…period. And beyond that, I would limit use to no more than 3 products at a time.
To keep testing from becoming too expensive you really should buy the to go sized bottles for sweet spot testing and hold off on getting a 30ml until you’re sure you like a particular product.
My advice for building a relationship would be this.
A314 1-2 drops (not likely to need more as it can be overly intimidating this is where testing comes in)
Ammo (at your age you can use heavy ammo and save money…it’s not likely that you would need more than 2 sprays but definitely no more than three.)
Either Instant Shine or Instant Openness. Personally I prefer Shine but IO works well too. If you go with IO stick to a single spray, for Shine you can honestly go quite a bit higher.
Do this for a while and then if and when you get an opportunity to escalate things, replace the Ammo with a single spray of TUTH and the Social with 2 sprays if Instant Honesty.
…that’s it. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. It’s simple and effective (I know personally) however it’s only as good as the game you throw. IE you’re actions will have a far greater effect for good or bad than the mones.
